Holiday homes that are suitable for Bronze spigot - focus on energy The new holiday homes, which are approved, fulfil energy requirements that account for 90% of the energy consumption of traditional holiday homes.
The holiday homes are energy-optimised in terms of:
Insulation of the exterior walls and roof
Quality of window and door glazing
Heating source such as a heat pump or district heating that can heat at least 50% of the holiday home, especially the communal areas
Lighting with an LED share of at least 90 %
The appliances in the holiday home have also been optimised in terms of:
Energy labelling of boiler and refrigerator
Environmentally tested or A-classified wood-burning stoves and pellet stoves
Other measures that the holiday home fulfils:
Economy shower head
Fixed clothesline or clothes rack that can hold a full load of laundry
Additional requirements for pool, whirlpool and/or hot tub
If you have rented a holiday home with a pool, whirlpool and/or hot tub, the house also fulfils requirements for the heating method, covering of the water surface and insulation.
Note: The energy consumption of a holiday home with a pool, whirlpool or hot tub is significantly higher and cannot be compared with that of an ordinary holiday home.
