We value genuine reviews and transparency, which is why we publish the latest guest reviews for Esmark here on this page. If you select a holiday resort, e.g. Hvide Sande, under "Find a holiday home" in the menu, click on "What guests say" at the top of the menu to see reviews of the region. You can view reviews of individual holiday homes on the respective holiday home page.

You can also find independent platforms such as Trustpilot, Facebook or Google for many experiences and reviews about Esmark and our service. You can also find out what other holidaymakers have said about us in Danish forums or Facebook groups.

Holiday homes reviews

Sometimes we receive holiday home reviews that concern topics such as cleaning or the region and do not directly address the holiday home. As a rule, we do not publish such comments that do not relate specifically to the holiday home on the holiday home pages. This is because we do not want to change or censor the original feedback from our guests. However, we assure you that we will respond to these internally without delay.

However, justified, objective criticism of the hotel always finds its way onto our website. The overall satisfaction of our guests is, as you can see on other independent platforms, overwhelmingly high. Negative reviews are rare and are dealt with immediately.

Our quality and service standards are high and we are always working on improvements. In case of serious problems, we immediately start a dialog with the owner. If the necessary improvements are not made, we end the relationship and stop listing the property through us.
