Possibly departure from 10:00 AM Simple and uncomplicated. Very friendly, incredibly fast in handling matters. We needed a technician, and he arrived at the house faster than we did. Personally, I like the handshake greeting. Always a pleasure.

When picking up the key, I received an email beforehand stating that we should return the key at the office - on site, it was said that we should leave the key in the box at the house, which was misleading. Please check beforehand which information is being shared. Very friendly and helpful

Esmark is a very well-organized holiday home rental. Checking in was quick and easy because a lot of information was sent in advance by email and you knew right away how everything worked. You can also get the keys after office hours via code, as well as return keys and laundry before office hours without any problems. Meter reading is done via mobile phone, and the invoice arrives within a short time. Everything is really top organized!!!
