Key delivery

You can collect your key from 15.00. However, we are happy to hand over the key earlier if the house is ready for occupation earlier.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive outside our opening hours, you do not need to contact us. Keys and any necessary documents will be placed automatically in the key room. The key room is located in the building to the left of reception and has a green door with a key symbol.
