Key delivery

You can collect your key from 15.00. However, we are happy to hand over the key earlier if the house is ready for occupation earlier.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive outside of our opening hours, there is no need to contact us. Keys, documents and directions will be automatically deposited in the key room. The key room is located at the rear of the building. The door code is given in your tenancy agreement.
