The SMS service is great, with it you get information about whether the house is ready earlier. Especially nice are the little gifts for the dogs. The best provider for holiday homes in Denmark. Great and clean houses, very friendly service and easily reachable service offices.

Just great. Excellent support from booking to the end of the holiday. Even when choosing the holiday home (pictures and description match the original). Tips for excursions and activities or just for packing the suitcase are compiled and sent. The welcome on-site is really great, as if you have known each other for years. A very friendly and cordial interaction even during the farewell. Always approachable and quickly there with help in case of problems. Just great. Thank you very much. Esmark does everything a little better than others. Customer service is important to them, you can tell. And we think we can see differences in quality, which at least becomes visible with the laundry packages if you book them. You get towels instead of rags and bed linen that feels proper and not like hospital mass-produced goods. We are in Bolilmark every year in winter for a family reunion and are now always trying to find houses through Esmark (which isn't always easy, but has worked out recently.)
