Everything was okay, we have no suggestions for improvement. Since we were there with the dog and he was allowed to pick something out from the "dog basket", we were absolutely pleasantly surprised. All the employees we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. Every problem was solved immediately. (Note: We have also booked holiday homes with three other providers in Denmark. Compared to the others, we like Esmark the best.)

We have already been on vacation in Blavand about 15 times, first with our children, for the past 5 years just the two of us. We have only booked the last 3 stays through Esmark. The advice and service are excellent. Unfortunately, this time we had to leave after just a few days as our grandchild became seriously ill. The empathy from the Esmark staff, including the very quick and professional handling, impressed us greatly. Also, the refund of the remaining unused time through insurance was handled by Esmark promptly and straightforwardly. We will definitely book through Esmark again at the next opportunity. The houses we booked through Esmark were in very good condition, well-equipped, and above all, very clean. For us, by far the best holiday home provider for our vacations in Jutland. Very familiar, competent, and friendly.
