I find it very nice that you are welcomed so friendly with a handshake. Even if the cottage is not quite finished yet, you get the key from 3 PM and just need to wait for the SMS, and you can then go to the house and 'move in'. Esmark is a friendly and accommodating vacation home rental, they are always in a good mood and also quickly help with any problems. As for the cleaning of the houses, Esmark is very clean. We have had a house with Esmark several times, and each time it was clean. We haven't had much better so far. I would give Esmark 12/10 stars if that were possible.
