Charming, child-friendly holiday home in a green setting

The house is located very quietly on the edge of the forest, and the property is great. The furnishings are good, the sofa could be a bit better, the oven heats very well. The beds are great. The kitchen is great, it has almost everything. Even a waffle iron. I would rent it again and again.

A holiday home with great amenities, everything you need (pots, pans, bowls, ...). Protected from wind and rain with a great "garden". However, the small (low) fence is not a problem if you have retrievers... Long leash is mandatory and should be observed! Conclusion: We've booked it again for 2026!

Lovely quiet location, right on the edge of the forest, with a small 'private path' from the property leading there. The house was all right. There is now an extractor hood in the kitchen (not shown in the pictures yet). The two armchairs are great, unfortunately the couch is not. TV very large and everything is there (Netflix etc).

The holiday home is in a very beautiful, quiet location. The house is excellently equipped. We didn't miss anything. The property is nicely overgrown. No one can see it. The garden is great for the children to play. The small path to the forest is also very nice. So you're quickly in the middle of beautiful nature. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.

A very beautiful, large and clean holiday home with plenty of space for dogs and children. Very nice garden, ideal for children, with climbing frame, sandbox and large wooden terrace that gives children the opportunity to zoom around with the scooter. The house is super equipped for families with toddlers. There is a crib + changing pad, high chairs, and little decoration ;) Firewood is also sufficiently available or can be purchased (4€/30 kr.) Overall, a well-equipped and thoughtfully designed house!

The holiday home is relatively well booked early on - and rightly so! The house is lovingly furnished and it seems the owners enjoy cooking and baking, as the kitchen lacks almost nothing. We brought an extra waffle iron, but even that is available in the kitchen. There is a great grill, and wood for the stove is available at the house for a fee. Outside there are flowers in pots, and the garden is very child and dog friendly. The beds are comfortable. Overall, the house seems furnished for the owners themselves and not just for vacationers. We have booked it again and are already looking forward to it.

The house is located on the edge of a holiday home area, right by the forest. The property is fenced, there is a large terrace with plenty of seating options. In the house, there is everything you need for a successful holiday. A well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, a large sofa, and a stove for which you can find firewood in the shed. The bathroom is good, but it could use some work.

The furnishings of the house are good and cozy. The fenced property with its nice terrace invites you to linger and relax. Our dogs also greatly enjoyed the enclosed property. We would love to vacation in this house again, should we manage to secure a spot during our travel time. Really the only thing that could be improved is a few more German TV channels.

The house is very nicely furnished and in a good location. We particularly liked the fenced-in property. Maybe a few curtains wouldn't be bad so that our Max doesn't get so upset when he sees the passing dogs and horses outside. The stove heated well. You can find small wood to start a fire all over the garden and in the adjacent woods, otherwise, you can take wood from the shed and pay 4 euros per basket (old brass kettle). The heat pump is also excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes. The microwave is next to where the washing machine and dryer are located. We stayed in the house for the first time over my wife's birthday and booked again directly for next year after 2 hours as it gets booked quickly. The beds are very good and with the TV in it, you can go to bed earlier. The bathroom is also superb and lovingly furnished like the whole house.

Everything fits well, price-wise. The cooktop doesn't always work perfectly, but it's manageable... The value for money is great!

We rent out a house where you won't miss anything. Everything you need to furnish wonderfully is there. Cozy and with plenty of good dishes. It's extremely beautiful... the only thing we missed was a curtain or blind in front of the large window in the living room facing the forest. That wasn't really nice for us.

A very nicely designed and lovingly furnished house, in which everything you need is available. It is clean and perfectly suitable for families with children and dogs.

Here you can immediately feel comfortable and relax! Everything is available! Nothing is missing!! The interior is very tasteful, comfortable, and cozy! Huge and not overlooked, great garden... subtly fenced. Numerous, comfortable seating options! Household committee with washing machine, etc., separate next to the house... great thing!! We are very happy to come back.

Beautiful house in a completely quiet location. Washing machine and dryer are housed separately, which is very pleasant. The garden is completely quiet and nicely secluded. There is a play structure with two swings and a slide. A sandbox and a rope for swinging on a tree. The family bed is very practical when one or another small family member crawls into bed. All rooms are well to generously sized. There is a changing mat and a baby bed available. Also a bed rail and a child and a high chair.

The house is nearly perfect. Very good equipment with everything you need. We enjoyed spending three weeks there very much. The fenced garden is also perfect when you have a young dog.

After many years of vacationing in Houstrup, we can say that this house has truly been the most beautiful so far. Here, you come in and feel at home. Nothing is missing, everything and more has been thought of. The house is cozy and personally designed, the furniture is comfortable and chic at the same time, and everything is available in the kitchen. We would like to experience this house in the summer, as the garden is simply wonderful. You can start endlessly long walks right from the garden gate. It's no wonder this house is basically always fully booked. We would be delighted if we could come back again!

The house is just perfect. All useful things are there. You arrive and feel comfortable. We booked it again right away. Since it is fenced, our furry friend Moritz was also delighted.
