Classic summer house with hot tub in peaceful Houstrup location

Super great big house and property, well equipped, nothing is missing.

The house is on the whole almost perfect... But unfortunately only almost. In the kitchen, I would have liked larger pots... In the small bathroom, a socket is definitely missing, which was in the large bathroom but unfortunately was defective. But that is nitpicking at a high level. Finally, there were bedrooms in sizes where you can move around super easily and large wardrobes. We will definitely book the house again when it is available at our time.

It's not without reason that we have rented this holiday home repeatedly. The house is ideal for four adults and two grandchildren (4 years and 1.5 years). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a perfectly and fully equipped kitchen, the large living room, cozily furnished, as well as the large lawn area, a sandbox, swings, allow for a holiday in any weather.

Spacious and bright holiday home with everything you need for a successful vacation.

We spent two weeks in this wonderful house with four adults. It is a beautiful, spacious house where almost nothing is missing. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms adequately large and can really be described as 'rooms'. Often bedrooms in vacation homes are rather small, but these have a perfect size. The sofa is as good as new, not sagging, and offers sufficient space. All in all, this house is one of the best houses we have had the pleasure of staying in at Houstrup. We liked it so much that we booked it directly for next year and reserved it for the year after next.

The holiday home was very nicely furnished. Especially the kitchen was great and modernly equipped. Unfortunately, the vacuum flushing of the toilets failed, but Esmark quickly arranged for help.

Possibly renew mattresses and vacuum cleaners soon, hot water is not enough for the whirlpool, many regular glasses are not completely intact, joints on windows and in bathrooms should be renewed soon, a hairdryer would also be great:)

The owner wants to replace the vacuum cleaner and the broken glasses. The joints in the bathroom will also be checked.

A small, superbly renovated and very cozy holiday home with everything you need. The conservatory provides a great retreat, especially for multiple generations, perfect!

The house was very nice, well furnished. Nothing was missing. We were there once in 2022 and since then the kitchen has been redone and laminate laid in the bedrooms. That is great. You could enjoy the vacation, the conservatory was also great.

Bright, friendly and well-equipped holiday home. Large bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Great large property for children and dogs.

Lovely holiday home with plenty of space.

This holiday home is in a quiet location and features a large plot with plenty of lawn area. Very suitable for vacationers with dogs. Highlights include the large bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms, as well as the fly screens on the bedroom windows.

The holiday home is located at the edge of the holiday area and is therefore very quietly situated. The house is very spacious, beautifully modernized, and renovated. There is enough space for 6 people. The second living room helps to get some peace from each other. The many windows make the house very bright. However, the house also heats up quickly in summer as a result.

We will come back. Clean and cozy.

We liked the house a lot and would rent it again. We were two people and the house was very spacious for us, and it certainly accommodates a complete family and also grandparents. Deer often came almost to the terrace, which made us very happy. The house is fully equipped and we missed nothing. We lacked a mopping system, and the vacuum cleaner was in bad condition. But that can easily be addressed.

As long-time Denmark vacationers, we spent our first holiday with four adults and two grandchildren for 14 days in the holiday home. Ideal were the three bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the size of the living area, and the separate living room. Rainy days can be spent here well and stress-free. The large lawn with sandbox and swing is ideal in good weather. The entire facility leaves nothing to be desired. We will be back!!!
