The Salomonsen family has furnished the house very cozily and personally. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, hidden and quiet behind trees. Although we have been coming to Houstrup since 1981, we have now rented this house for the second time. We were already in this house in the same week in the summer of 2023. Until now, we have rented a different house each year, but this house has very good beds (which is far from the case in every holiday home). So you can wake up refreshed and without back pain. It is so quiet here that we had breakfast on the terrace with squirrels and deer. You can't be closer to nature. Wonderful! We were already in this house at the same time in 2023 in the summer and were so thrilled that we booked the same house for the first time. Although we have regularly traveled to Houstrup since 1981, we have always tried other houses until now. In this holiday home, the good beds are particularly noteworthy (unfortunately, this is not always the case). Owner Mr. Salomonsen :-) gets everything right! The only downside is that the cabinet/vanity unit in the bathroom is very outdated.
