Luxury pool house with plenty of space for the whole family

The vacation home is very suitable for a large family. It has a good layout of the rooms. 2 well-equipped bathrooms, one with a relatively new washing machine and washer-dryer. The pool with built-in hot tub was great. The house itself was nicely warm. Thanks to the heat pump, the additional costs were completely reasonable in the end.

The house is top equipped, you have everything you need. Additionally, there are many little things that make life easier: mosquito nets, air fryer, shoehorn... Pool and whirlpool are great!

The vacation home is very neat and clean. The only flaw is that there are hardly any seating options in the living room (if you arrive with 10 people). The rooms are okay in terms of size, and the beds are also okay. The pool room is very cozy. The kitchen is super equipped.

We were very satisfied. We booked with Esmark for the second time and it was our third house in the settlement.

A really great house. Very well equipped with everything you need. Always had enough dishes and cutlery even with 7 people. We thought it was great to have the pool in view from the living room. This way you could keep an eye on the kids without always being right by the pool. Rooms are all the same size and each room had a proper closet. We always find this very important. Nice outdoor area for playing and sitting comfortably. All in all, a really nice house.

It is a really lovely house that we have rented for 5 years in a row, however, we got a shock when we arrived this year as the house had been painted a different color and some furniture replaced. Could have been nice with an update that the house was a bit changed compared to how it was at reservation. The house as a whole has a fantastic layout with a long room with kitchen dining area and living room on each side there are bedrooms and a bathroom on one side, there is an alcove with a gaming console, a good living room for children who want to be alone.

We had a very nice, relaxing holiday for two in this holiday home. The holiday home is a bit secluded in a holiday home settlement, very rural, and there is privacy from other houses through trees/plants, so you don't feel observed. The garden invites children to play (sandbox, swing, slide, and football goals). In front of the house, there is a large parking lot for several cars. On the terrace, you can dine together at sunset and sit together at a large table. Deck chairs are also available. The house is very cozy, lovingly, and beautifully furnished. A large couch with 3 armchairs by the fireplace invites you to spend the evening or have game nights together (board games are available). In addition, there is a variety of DVDs that invite you to a movie night. For those who still feel cold by the fireplace, cozy blankets are also provided :) Upstairs, a nicely designed room with a game console (Wii) awaits the little ones. A stable folding ladder is available to climb up. Wood for the fireplace can be bought about 1000m away at a shed. All rooms are lovingly designed and each has a wardrobe and a comfortable bed. Some rooms also have an integrated TV. We spent most of our time as a couple in the nice warm whirlpool, sauna, and large pool. Especially for early risers, the pool is great for watching the sunrise. Both the pool and the whirlpool can be individually adjusted for temperature. A well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. (various pans, pots, casserole dishes, baking bowls, etc. are waiting for you) Here you will find highly modern appliances (fridge, dishwasher, and stove). The dryer and washing machine were super clean and very modern. The nearest grocery stores are about 4 km away, where there is also a butcher and a baker. We really enjoyed the week in this house, so much so that we plan to return next year. Everything you needed on vacation was provided by the holiday house. We already look forward to the next vacation in this house.

A somewhat aged vacation home that is well suited for a family stay. The facilities are good, but the pool area could use modernization. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the rooms are perfectly fine. Quiet location in a beautiful setting. Offers plenty of space for games on the grounds and a large terrace with ample seating.

The house has everything you need and is well maintained. We had a great time there and lots of fun in the pool area. For our taste, the house would be too cramped for 2 families. Even though there are enough sleeping places, the living area would be too small for us.
