Beautiful holiday home with annexe and fireplace in Bork Havn

We immediately felt at home in the vacation house. It was clean, tidy, super cozy and everything we needed was there. The house has charm and soul, and the garden is a gem. It's a joy to have breakfast in the garden, enjoy the nature around, and the coziness of the vacation house. The large windows let in plenty of light and the view out. We slept wonderfully, read, chatted, or discovered the silence together. Very appealing was the sheltered inner area with the annex, everywhere there are cozy spots outside and inside. The kitchen had everything for all meals, beautiful dishes and glasses in a sweet display case, next to a cozy dining area. My favorite spot, besides the garden, was in the armchair next to the fireplace, with a book in hand, music in the CD player, and always watching the little birds.

The holiday home is situated in the middle of a beautiful garden. You reach the main house via a terrace that connects the two houses. The beds in the annex are of regular width, and the associated bathroom is beautifully bright and large. There is a washing machine and a drying rack for drying clothes. In the annex, you will find plenty of cushions for the comfortable garden loungers/chairs, as well as a croquet game and Viking game. A covered seating area provides space to watch birds at the feeding stations. The planters were beautifully planted with daffodils, which opened a little more every day. Everything has been furnished with a lot of love. You reach the living areas through a small hallway. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking. There is also a small selection of teas and spices, as well as dish soap and hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen towel. Before departure, it goes without saying that you should refill everything. The beds provide enough space on a continuous lying surface of 140x200cm. The mattresses are medium-firm and not saggy. The vacuum cleaner works and does not smell. The bathroom is a bit smaller. The old tiles were refreshed with tile paint. The smell still lingers in the air. The living room is very bright and pleasantly furnished. There are plenty of books and magazines, a stereo system with a CD collection (good taste :-)), and a TV with German and Danish channels. We did not use the fireplace. From the kitchen and the living room, you can access the terraces. The maintained lawn area is surrounded by numerous bushes and trees. Various bird species come to the feeding stations, for which extra food has been provided. The umbrella withstands the wind and provides shade. A rotary clothesline is also available. All in all, the coziest holiday home we have booked through Esmark so far. Only the musty smell when entering the house is disturbing. At night it is very quiet, and the "Min Kobmand" is within walking distance. There are restaurants, a bike rental, and of course the Viking village! Definitely always worth a visit and, in this case, even reachable by foot. Walks along the fjord are truly enchanting, and the fitness equipment along the path invites you to get moving (some are in somewhat poor condition). Bork Havn is truly a great place to relax and the holiday home anyway:-) We will definitely come back!

Very lovingly and cozily furnished holiday home, where you can feel comfortable. In the living room, you have a wonderful view of the garden and the garden birds; bird food is ready. The fjord is within walking distance. The only drawback is the really small bathroom and the lack of curtains in the living room. Curtains on the windows in the living room would be great. And a larger boiler to provide more hot water. The blackout in the bedroom was not sufficient.

This cottage is filled with love and coziness. Many small details are considered. You can only feel comfortable here! :) Everything is finely decorated with much love :)

A well-maintained and cozy little house. Here you experience Danish coziness. There is a nice fireplace and a few cozy reading corners to read a book in front of a warm light or end the evening with the family in coziness. The open kitchen area to the living room and the many large windows make this cozy house seem open and flooded with light. The interior impresses with a perfect mix of old and new, with love in every corner. Cozy indeed :) .

We spent two weeks in this beautiful holiday home. The house had all the facilities one could wish for. Really top! Thanks to the great weather, we were able to spend a lot of time in the garden, which is surrounded by bushes and trees, so you are quite alone. Many birds can be observed through the large window in the living room. We can highly recommend the house!

A very cozy house, for us as a small family with 2 adults and a toddler, it was perfectly adequate. Kitchen well-equipped. Games and books are available. The harbor is within walking distance.

Small cozy, clean house. Advantage: there is a guest house with an additional private bathroom, e.g. for older children or grandparents. Great stove. Enough space for 5 people. Kitchen: well equipped and a large garden for playing.
