Beach-close pool house with games room for 12 guests

Great pool house, which leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to the covered terrace with heaters, we were able to enjoy the rainy days outside. Very comfortable beds, the indoor pool is great and the sauna is super cozy. The living room with the huge TV and the large sofa was excellent. Due to the weather, we unfortunately couldn't use the outdoor grill, but it is a great idea. The whole house is lovingly furnished, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Everything top!

Very spacious and beautifully furnished holiday home. Perfect orientation towards the sun and magnificent views of unspoiled nature. There was something for everyone, the whole family from young to old felt comfortable. The children loved the sloping ceilings for sleeping. The 'spa' area is brilliant and if you want to go to the gym, just go to the outbuilding for sports.

The holiday home is very luxurious and well equipped. It offers almost everything. Pool, fitness room, table tennis table, billiards, darts Outdoor hot tubs, sauna, covered terrace, and very beautiful garden furniture. The beds are very comfortable. The house is dog friendly. Our two felt very comfortable. We are in this house for the 2nd time and will definitely come again.

We enjoyed the vacation home with 12 people (6 adults, 6 children; big and small) and 2 dogs to the fullest, and although the weather was also cloudy and rainy cool, we also enjoyed the large terraces during the sunny times. The outdoor whirlpool is a little dream. The included small gym, the pool, table tennis, darts and billiards additionally contributed to not getting bored. Only the TV reception of German-speaking channels needs improvement (only 4 channels: ARD, ZDF, NDR, RTL)!

Lovely house with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings

A wonderful house with everything one could wish for, a dream for both adults and children. An activity room with darts, table tennis, and more. Additionally, there is an indoor pool area and an outdoor hot tub and sauna providing ideal entertainment for everyone. Later, everyone can meet in the huge living room on the couch or in the kitchen area at the spacious dining table.

Great house for a large family. It matches the description exactly. The activity options, like swimming, playing billiards or table tennis, darts, or the fitness room, are particularly nice. Likewise, the sauna and whirlpool are great. 100% recommendation. A toaster and lids for the pans in the kitchen would be nice. A hairdryer in the bathroom would also be nice. But these are really just small things. It is a super house and I can recommend it 100%

A large, luxurious, well-furnished house with opportunities for many activities with the family.

A beautiful modern house that offers plenty of space (for many people). Despite the indoor pool, NO unpleasant chlorine smell, just top maintained. The outdoor area is a dream, with many lounging and relaxation options. Neighboring houses are spaced out sufficiently.

The outdoor terrace offers every possibility to fully enjoy the holiday in sunny and overcast weather. The covered seating area, with its heaters, contributes perfectly to this. All in all, a house that offers the opportunity to completely unwind and enjoy the holiday.
