The apartment features energy-efficient heat pumps that quickly achieve comfortable temperatures. One heat pump is located in the living room, which also benefits from underfloor heating. Large windows on the ground floor provide plenty of natural light and lead directly onto the terrace.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, perfect for a restful night's sleep and recharging your batteries. This floor also includes a guest WC and access to a small roof terrace. The first-floor bedroom is equipped with the second heat pump.
