Large pool house with hot tub for 10 people and 1 dog

Kollemarken 46 is a perfect house for the whole family. We had the house for a week in November. We were 6 adults and 4 children/youths aged 5 to 16 years. Everyone had a fantastic holiday where we enjoyed the pool, spa, sauna, games, and creative activities as well as cozy times around the fireplace. The house is spacious and with really good room if you also want to retreat.

We were a group of 5 women and one man there and were very satisfied apart from a few small things and felt comfortable! A nice house for groups or 2 families. The beach is easy to reach and so is the place!

The holiday home is not new but very well maintained. With 3 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with single beds, and 2 bathrooms, there is enough space for about 2 families. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated with the living and dining area, so everyone is always in the midst of the action. The pool room, with an approximately 30 sqm large pool which is about 1.50 m deep, a whirlpool, and a sauna, is visible directly from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Optimal for a visit with children. The house has a long window front facing the garden, where the outdoor facilities (trampoline and climbing frame with a sandbox) can be well observed. The small stove provides additional cozy warmth in the cold months.

We felt very comfortable with the whole family. The house is very spacious and offers a lot of space. The weather was very mixed, and we used the pool daily. However, many furnishings could be renewed. The house and furnishings are very dated. Overall, we had a wonderful week.

The holiday home has everything you need to be able to relax. It is located quietly and secluded, yet you can reach the town in about a 5-minute walk. The house has a nice large pool. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove.

The holiday home has everything you need for a nice family vacation. It is perfectly laid out and even though it's centrally located, you feel completely undisturbed. The house is situated in such a way that you see and hear no one when sitting on the terrace. Great.

A great vacation home with fantastic facilities. Perfectly suited for large families. Excellent indoor pool. Super large property.

A super great house awaits its vacationers 8 to 10 people really have space here for big and small people, great outdoor area for the kids, the pool is mega large.

Nicely located, spacious house. The pool and sauna area are great. There are nice play opportunities for children (pool, trampoline, sandbox, swing, slide). The equipment leaves almost nothing to be desired.

Layout, furnishing, and equipment are advantageous for 2 families, even small children have their own furniture. However, the electricity costs are quite high as there is no solar or other alternatives available.

The kitchen floor should be renewed.

A cozy beautiful house that invites you to relax...child-friendly and four-legged friends are also welcome... Recommendable ;-)) Perhaps make the bathroom at the entrance a bit more stylish...

The holiday home is great, quietly located, perfect for 2 families and a dog, as the sleeping areas are divided into two, one sleeping area with a bathroom is at the front by the entrance and another sleeping area with a bathroom is at the back of the house. Just perfect. In the middle part, a super great living and dining area.

A lovely house with a good layout. We just missed a door from the pool to the bathroom. Slightly worn living room floor. But all in all a lovely place.

The house was very spacious and nicely laid out. We especially liked the large garden and the pool.
