Well-maintained holiday home in quiet cul-de-sac, dogs welcome - 400m from beach

Very cozy holiday home in a very beautiful forest edge location with a 10-minute walk to the stunning beach. The kitchen was very well equipped, even the knives were sharp. Everything was perfect, only a container for the oven ash was missing!

Remember to bring swimwear, as the spa bath is on.

Perfect location as the last house in a cul-de-sac. Plot well grown-in and terrace almost completely fenced. Perfect for dogs. Bathrooms spacious, but the built-in cupboards could be renewed. A perfect house to relax in. However, I would not recommend it for 8 people, I find it too small for that.

A very beautiful house with a thoughtful layout. If you go with friends or family, everyone has a separate sleep-bath area to the left or right of the kitchen area. This gives a good sense of privacy. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is very cozy, with a TV corner and a reading corner. Also, the decor makes it cozy. A bright light source would be nice (especially in autumn/spring). During the summer, you mainly live outside. The driveway is high in the middle, maybe scrape a bit off. Actually, a nice garden property.

Very nice and cozy vacation home in an idyllic setting. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well-equipped. The living area is nicely and modernly furnished, the bedrooms functional. We particularly liked the cozy atmosphere with seating by the fireplace and the great hot tub. For good entertainment, there is a TV, Chromecast, and WLAN. We felt very comfortable.

A great house!!!! Even on my second visit there. I was able to spend my milestone birthday there with dear friends. Many thanks to the owners and the super friendly Esmark team! We would love to come again! A toaster would be great! An instruction manual for the technical devices, washing machine, dryer. But everything worked out fine with the translation app!

The house is very comfortably furnished and there are enough kitchen utensils available. The bathrooms have underfloor heating. In the living room, there is a nice stove for cozy warmth.

The house has a fantastic location as the last house on a cul-de-sac and is relatively shielded by bushes/trees to the neighboring house. The arrangement of the 2x2 bedrooms (each with a corresponding bath) is ingenious, as they are positioned left and right of the very large open living space with kitchen area. The bathrooms are somewhat dated. The equipment is more than sufficient; however, we missed a decent broom for the interior. Sofa and armchairs are comfortable, mattresses are also good for those with mild back pain. The terrace is partially generously covered and offers numerous different outdoor furniture. Overall, we felt very comfortable, the three of us plus the dog.

The holiday house has a great location, it is very beautiful and quiet, and both the way to the beach and shopping can be quickly done on foot. The kitchen is also well equipped, and the large bathroom has a great whirlpool and a beautiful sauna suited for 1-2 people. The lighting in the living room is not very bright, just like the room, but the terrace is very beautiful and large! We enjoyed the holiday very much!

The house is aging, but very nice and spacious. We were only two and, of course, had a lot of space. For 8 people, I would find it very unsuitable because you can't avoid each other much. The kitchen was well equipped. For me, the seating furniture was very low and not so comfortable. I would have appreciated a nice TV chair. The beds were great, we slept wonderfully. Bathrooms were also great, especially the underfloor heating, as we were there in March. We had a nice time.

A really beautiful house and a great, quiet location. 10 minutes on foot to the beautiful sandy beach. Two bathrooms/WCs/showers are a clear plus for this house. Well-maintained interior, everything is available, everything is intact, not worn out. The partially covered terrace is beneficial to light the grill (Weber kettle grill) even in bad weather. Unrestricted recommendation. However, I would want to occupy the house with a maximum of 6 people - with 8 people, it might get a bit cramped.
