Luxury activity holiday home in Blåvand

Fantastic holiday home, simple with a beautiful wooden deck and large whirlpool, more suitable for adults, ideal for 2-4 people. Quiet location, shopping within walking distance, beach optimally accessible by bicycles, everything can also be easily reached on foot. We were guests again and would rent again at any time. Rental through Esmark once again very good. We are happy to come back.

A very lovely summer house on a nice natural plot in a very quiet area yet close to town.

Kollemarken 30 was our vacation home for the second time, well-maintained as it was 2 years ago. The house is tastefully decorated, and the furnishings along with the various views into the garden create a harmonious unity. Even in worse weather, you can enjoy the outdoor whirlpool and sauna. The overgrown property offers beautiful views and protects from prying eyes.

The vacation home is beautifully bright and spacious with large windows and very nicely located in a quiet area. Throughout the day, you can observe many animals, various species of birds, squirrels, deer, hedgehogs, white-tailed eagles, and at night even the marten. For leisure activities, there is a pool table, dart game, and table tennis. In the evening, the terrace can be well used as there are heaters. The outdoor hot tub is a highlight. The equipment in the bathroom and kitchen needs to be improved, as some basic things are missing. Otherwise, a place to feel good.

The holiday home and the surroundings appealed to us very much. We would vacation in this holiday home again.

We had a great week in this very nicely furnished holiday home! The shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance. Very nice terrace, where there was always a sunny spot to be found. Once we had a visit from a deer. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the welcome gift and the personal greeting card from the owners.

Thanks to the great, large windows, it is very light-flooded, even on grayer days. The house was very clean, everything available in terms of equipment and in very good condition. Especially nice was the small welcome gift. Overall a great house, highly recommended.

This house is truly wonderfully beautiful! We felt very comfortable and will come back. It was also great to watch squirrels, birds, and deer in the garden. Our magic moment was when a stag visited us one evening and came very close. An incredibly beautiful vacation in a truly wonderful house. Highly recommendable!

The house offers everything it promises. And also deer, stags, squirrels, and many bird species. You should also mention the proximity to the military training area, as you sometimes feel like the windows are about to fly out during the exercises.

A quietly located house on a beautiful, natural plot. It is very cozy and relaxing to be here.

The house at Kollemarken 30 is the best house we've had all these years :-) At the entrance, there is a small bench where you can sit to put on and take off your shoes. The wardrobe offers enough hangers and hooks to hang all your jackets. Next to it is a large cupboard where you can store brought items like detergent or towels. The kitchen is top-notch, even featuring a digital roast thermometer and a mixer. The chairs in the dining room are super comfortable, so you can enjoy long game evenings there. You can relax on the couch after a long day. For those needing action, there are pool and table tennis to enjoy. We spent hours playing darts. The bedrooms offer plenty of closet space, so you can store your clothes nicely. The bathrooms are equipped with a large, ground-level shower and are very harmoniously furnished. The seating area outside is fantastic, super comfy, and you won't get wet even in rainy weather. On the long side of the seating area, you always have shade (except early morning for 2 hours), which is surely beneficial in the summer. We used the whirlpool a minimum of once a day, whether in the morning, afternoon, or in the dark evenings - simply delightful. The variant of folding the handle to one side, then folding the cover from one side to the other, and then lifting the whole thing from the middle (standing the cover on the side) is ideal – doable even without the strength of men :-) It takes 6 minutes on foot to the Spar market, so you can leave the car at home.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, like-new holiday home. We had bad weather, but never got bored thanks to the whirlpool, sauna, table tennis, billiards, and darts. Well laid out for a holiday with grandma and grandpa and two children, enough space for everyone. The property is beautiful; we could observe fallow deer, rabbits, birds, and squirrels, who also liked to be fed. The short distance to the supermarket including baker and other shops is a big plus. We were greeted by a personal message from the house owners, which made us very happy!
