This premium holiday home, built in 2021, offers excellent amenities under one roof. The location is ideal, just 300 metres from the sandy beach of the Danish west coast. Up to 12 people can enjoy plenty of space for relaxation, wellness activities and entertainment. Final cleaning is included in the package, allowing you to enjoy your holiday right until the end.

This holiday residence offers a comprehensive package of amenities to enhance your stay. A highlight is the spacious living area with high ceilings and premium furniture in classic design. Adjacent is the games room, featuring a pool table and table tennis to keep you entertained even on rainy days.
On the other side, you'll find the spacious kitchen with its cooking island and modern appliances. Here you can cook together and dine at the large dining table - perhaps try your hand at Danish recipes. The entire holiday home is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump powering the underfloor heating system.
Conveniently, the holiday home has two bathrooms, reducing waiting times. The sleeping areas are positioned on opposite sides of the house, perfect for sharing with another family. There are four bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two sleeping lofts providing four additional sleeping spaces. Besides the televisions in the living room and games room, each bedroom also features its own TV.
Another highlight is the modern swimming pool, perfect for both relaxation and splashing about.
Outdoor wellness area and additional features
The beautiful natural grounds offer numerous amenities. From the living area, you can access the spacious covered terrace, which provides comfort even in rain. Heat lamps offer additional warmth when needed.

It echoes a lot inside the house. It seems to be coming from the heat pump. It's not very relaxing when 2 of the bedrooms and the mezzanine + kitchen-living area are in the part of the house where it resonates the most. The kitchen is lacking and the knives are really bad. Which cannot be put in tilt position. So we had to sleep with the door completely open, which feels a bit unsafe. The house shows signs of lack of maintenance as some of the outlets were hanging out of the walls. The doors hung and did not close well. Unfortunately, I do not think the price and quality of the house match.

Certain things in a summer house will be perceived very individually by our guests, as people have different preferences, e.g., regarding pillows, noise from the dishwasher and heat pump, etc.
The house owner has now thoroughly reviewed the kitchen equipment so that hopefully, in the future, there will be all the things one might wish for as a guest. We have also recommended that the owner get a bigger coffee maker, as, of course, it shouldn't take half an hour to brew a pot of coffee.
Regarding ventilation at night, we have checked that some of the terrace doors in the bedrooms can be secured for a cooler indoor climate, though not all.
During our review of the house, we did not find outlets hanging out of the walls or doors hanging. If you experience this during a future stay, please contact your local Esmark office as soon as possible, as we will naturally come to investigate and rectify the problem immediately. This is because we would like to have the opportunity to correct any errors and deficiencies and thus give you a better stay.
