Modern holiday home for 10 people with pool and outdoor sauna

The vacation home is in immaculate condition and is located in a quiet side street. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, is very well-maintained and very clean. The house has a room in front of the pool where billiards and table tennis can be played, which is particularly nice for the kids in bad weather. We would love to come again.

A very great and spacious vacation home. The widely spaced bedrooms with sliding doors for separation are really very good. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The covered terrace with the patio heater is also very welcome. Everything is sufficiently available in the kitchen. The house is in very good condition. It was clean when we moved in. The beds are also good. We would book this vacation home again.

A very well thought-out functional house, modern and comfortably furnished. We were all thrilled by the pool and outdoor whirlpool. The gas grill was fantastic. In sunny weather, we enjoyed the outdoor area where everyone found their preferred spot. I can only recommend this house. I can’t think of anything.

Great holiday home. Ideal for two families. We had everything we needed. The pool was of course the best for the kids. As always, very satisfied with Esmark. Please replace the door handle in the sauna. Metal isn't that great inside.

A really very beautiful vacation home with a great layout. The two bedrooms are far apart and can be separated with a door. Ideal for two families. We liked the size of the kitchen very much, it is very good for cooking. The built-in seating areas were ideal for retreating to read. The beds are very comfortable. The covered terrace has heaters and was sheltered. We really enjoyed the time there.

We spent a week over New Year with our family in the holiday home. The house is very large and offers a lot of space with the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms can be separated from a bathroom by a sliding door, which provides good sound insulation, which is very pleasant with small children. One double bed is on a kind of attic. There is no door there, so sleeping here is not ideally possible, or the communal areas, including the kitchen, can no longer be used in the evening when children sleep there. Adults cannot stand there, but it is very cozy. There was a pool table convertible into a ping pong table. The pool is very nice, but a bit too cool for our taste. Water depth approx. 135 cm. There is also a bathroom attached, which is very practical. The sauna offers a lot of space and reliably heats up to about 80 degrees Celsius. The kitchen is very well equipped with a blender, hand mixer, baking tins, toaster, microwave, and large stove. The dining table finally offers space for the number of sleeping accommodations. There is a large refrigerator and a large freezer. The beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Overall, we had a great week with the family, little activity is possible in the surrounding area in winter, and the weather is often very cold due to the strong wind, so we were very happy to have the pool and sauna. Hello, we noticed that the front door is very difficult to lock, maybe this could be fixed. We had a wonderful stay and found the house very cozy. We missed a hairdryer, opportunities to dry the towels after swimming (our kids swim several times daily, everything was always wet, and the clothes horse was rather small), and large tea cups. Otherwise, there was everything we needed, overall very well equipped.

The house includes everything you need! It is in great condition and leaves nothing to be desired. The outdoor area for the children could be a bit better maintained, but that is really just nitpicking. The house is well-maintained, clean, and very modernly furnished.

For us, it was perfect! Our children used the pool and the whirlpool several times daily. However, if a family with small children comes, it would be great if the swing, slide, and trampoline area were more accessible. The grass had grown very high.

We spent a very nice time in the house. It is very suitable for a vacation with two families, even with very young children who still nap or need more peace. The sleeping areas are separated from the living space and you can hardly hear anything. Also, the bedrooms are larger than in other holiday homes, so a third bed/mattress/crib can easily fit in the room. The trampoline, the whirlpool, and of course the pool are perfect for entertainment during the day when it's stormy outside. The location is also great. We could walk to get rolls and into town/to the beach. We can only recommend the house!

Very nice modern holiday home equipped with everything you need. Good parking. Pool, sauna, and whirlpool are fantastic. The third bathroom in the pool area is very practical. An ideal house for two families or parents with children and grandparents, as there are two completely separate sleeping areas, each with two double rooms and a bathroom.
