Modern holiday apartment with roof terrace in central location

Beautiful modern furnished apartment. Kitchen utensils leave nothing to be desired. Shopping opportunities are within a few minutes' walk. We only needed our car for distant excursions. Unfortunately, there is no storage room for bicycles or the stroller.

We had a very nice stay in this vacation home. It is easily accessible and offers a relaxed atmosphere both inside and outside. The house is spacious and nicely furnished, so you feel at home right away. A special highlight is the great whirlpool, which provides additional relaxation. The size is perfect for four people, but it might get a little cramped with six guests. All in all, a recommendable vacation home for a relaxing holiday!

Very nice modern holiday apartment, very clean and perfectly equipped for our needs (including 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with good beds, large living area with well-stocked kitchen area). Definitely worth mentioning is the large roof terrace with jacuzzi and furniture and another terrace with loungers on the ground floor. Quite centrally and yet quietly located in town. Daily necessities shopping (bakeries, supermarkets, etc.) can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as well as the so-called boulevard. All in all, for us, the perfect vacation with a clear recommendation.

Modern, well-equipped, with a cozy sitting area and a large dining table. Three relatively small (but absolutely okay) bedrooms (two with a double bed each, one with two single beds). Terrace with sitting area and a hot tub, which we did not use. If you keep the windows facing the street closed, it is quite quiet in the house even during the day, no problem at night. Great: Own wallbox with Type 2 connector for charging electric cars.

A lovely apartment with good amenities. We used the apartment only as a pair, but could imagine using it with four people. With six people, we personally see a problem in storing food and drinks, as the kitchen cabinets are all fully occupied. It might also be tight with the dishes, as the number of plates seems limited. A joint meal with holiday friends might be difficult. A guest manual explaining, for example, how to operate the devices, especially the Jacuzzi.

The house is well-equipped with its 3 rooms, kitchen, living area, and 2 bathrooms. The rooftop terrace features a hot tub inviting you to relax. A gas grill and additional seating options are also provided. Daily shopping facilities can be reached in a 2-minute walk. Furthermore, the shopping district is just a 5-minute walk away.

A modern furnished holiday apartment with a large roof terrace and central location. We felt very comfortable here. The terrace is slippery when wet. The parking space is directly next to the external staircase leading to the apartment.

We were there with 2 adults and 3 children, and the apartment is really great. The kitchen equipment with cutlery and everything that goes with it is of high quality and tastefully chosen. It is just super!

Nice apartment on the first floor of the house, very centrally located in town. The furnishings are modern and absolutely up-to-date. There are two parking spaces available for cars. On the terrace, there is a whirlpool and a gas grill next to seating areas and a sunshade.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would book it again. The beds are very good and there are enough closets in the rooms for clothes. Both bathrooms are large and have nice shower areas and plenty of shelf space. The kitchen has everything you need for a vacation. The living room has a nice comfortable couch and a large TV. The dining area has a large table where 6 people can sit comfortably. The upper terrace has a nice big whirlpool. A gas grill is also available including the gas cartridges.

The apartment is on the upper floor and can be reached via a staircase. The large balcony is very clean and well equipped with a table, chairs, a bench, armchairs, and a parasol. There is also a whirlpool on the balcony, but the temperature cannot be regulated. The living-dining room is clean and tastefully decorated. There is a large TV. Unfortunately, operating the sound system is difficult. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine and a Tassimo. Three bedrooms, all very clean and with sufficient space. The bathrooms are also very clean and inviting. The apartment is very warm and energetically top.

Absolutely top dream apartment. Would immediately move in permanently here! Everything is very tastefully furnished...

This apartment is very well equipped, modern and cozy. Energetically superb and the whirlpool simply brilliant. We recovered very well and got into the whirlpool every day.
