Are you looking for a holiday home for six people where you can enjoy peace and quiet no matter what time of year you step through the door? Then you've found it here at Hedetoftvej 138, where you can enjoy 123 m² of living space on a 1,524 m² natural plot. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful landscape of Kallesmærsk Hede, and if you feel like doing a little shopping, it is only a 10-minute walk to the centre of Blåvand.
Guaranteed cosiness and wellness in the sauna and spa
As soon as you step into the large, cosily furnished kitchen/family room, you will feel that holiday feeling wash over you. In the beautiful, bright kitchen, you can cook delicious meals for each other, which you can enjoy at the dining table near the wood-burning stove, savouring the soothing warmth and pleasant atmosphere it creates, together with the Sonos speaker, which you can stream music to.
Afterwards, you can relax in the sofa corner, perhaps over a good film on the flat screen and a glass of wine, and when you need sleep and rest, you can retreat to three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a lovely comfortable double bed that ensures a good night's sleep. When you need to freshen up, you have both a guest toilet and a large bathroom at your disposal, both with underfloor heating, of course, and in the large bathroom you can even enjoy a little wellness and warm up in both the spa and sauna. Lovely after a good walk in the fresh West Jutland wind by the North Sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a separate 70-litre freezer and a microwave, and you will also find a washing machine and dryer in the house, so you can wash your holiday wardrobe, just as a heat pump ensures a good indoor climate in the house all year round.
Lovely outdoor areas with orangery at Hedetoftvej 138
Outside on the large grounds, you can look forward to many hours of relaxation and cosiness on the lovely terraces that surround the house. Here you can cook delicious food on the gas grill and relax in the garden furniture, and on rainy days you can move inside the orangery and thus extend the outdoor season – what could be cosier than reading a good book on holiday while the rain drums on the roof while sheltered from the wind, or simply have good, deep conversations with friends or family.
Part of the natural grounds are mowed so that children and adults can play football, and your car can be safely parked by the house – sheltered from the wind and weather in the carport, and because the driveway is monitored by CCTV. If you have an electric car, you can charge it easily and conveniently at the house's Type 2 charging point, so it is always ready for great trips into the blue.

If you are fortunate, the area's wildlife will visit your garden, and if you want to venture further afield, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking in Blåvand. Don't miss out on walks on the large beaches just a few kilometres from the house – let the fresh, salty wind blow through your hair and forget all about the challenges of everyday life.
If you feel like experiencing local attractions, visit the Tirpitz bunker museum, Blåvand Zoo and the old Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, where the climb up the 170 steps is well worth the effort for the view over the beautiful heathland and the impressive North Sea. The refugee museum ‘Flugt’ in Oksbøl, the Fisheries and Maritime Museum in Esbjerg and Denmark's oldest town, Ribe, are also worth a visit.

Beliggenhed & landskabet
Blåvand er Danmarks vestligste punkt og byder på en god blanding af natur og oplevelser. Den sydlige strand er meget børnevenlig og ofte mere rolig takket være Horns Rev, mens Vesterhavet mod nord bruser med store bølger og mere rå natur. Mange sommerhuse ligger i flot natur med hede, klitter eller skov, og andre ligger midt i feriebyen, hvor der er en kort gåtur til butikker og restauranter.
Indkøb og shopping
Blåvand er et rigtigt dejligt sted, hvis man gerne vil gå på opdagelse i butikker. Hovedgaden summer af liv og lokker med alt fra modebutikker og dansk design til specialforretninger med outdoor-udstyr. Det bedste af det hele? Mange af butikkerne og de store supermarkeder (Spar, Meny og Netto) har åbent næsten hele året rundt. Vil du på en lille shoppetyr, er der ikke langt til handelsbyen Varde (ca. 22 km) og Esbjerg (ca. 36 km) med Danmarks længste gågade og det store shoppingcenter “Broen”.

I Blåvand er der madoplevelser for en hver smag. Du kan for eksempel nyde friskfanget fisk hos „Blåvand Fiskerestaurant“, finde spændende specialiteter hos „Hr. Hos „Wine & Delights“ kan du blandt andet nyde gode vine og lækker tapas. Og så skal du selvfølgelig ikke gå glip af en klassisk softice eller gammeldags vaffelis i en af byens hyggelige caféer.
Aktiv ferie og fritid
Når du holder ferie i Blåvand, kan du nyde naturen bedst på de lange sandstrande eller tage på tur i Bordrup, Oksby og Ho Klitplantage (ca. 3–8 km). Kan du godt lide en god gåtur, kan du nyde stilheden på skovenes stier. Og hvis du er mere til cykling, finder du nogle af Danmarks bedste mountainbike-ruter i Bordrup Plantage. Seværdigheder
Områdets vartegn er Blåvandshuk Fyr, hvorfra du kan nyde den flotte panoramaudsigt ud over havet og hele kysten. Hvis du er nysgerrig på historie, skal du ikke snyde dig selv or et besøg på Tirpitz (ca. 3 km), som ligger gemt i klitterne, eller museet „FLUGT“ i Oksbøl (ca. 14 km) – begge museer er spændende for børn og voksne i alle aldre.
Ferie med hund
De firbenede familiemedlemmer er mere end velkomne i Blåvand! I lavsæsonen (oktober-marts) må hunde løbe frit på stranden, og hele året rundt kan I besøge den indhegnede hundeskov i Oksby Plantage (ca. 4 km), hvor hunden trygt kan løbe og lege uden snor.
