The stunning, wide sandy beach at Rindby is just 500 metres away. It's a paradise for beach and water sports enthusiasts, with ideal conditions. It's also perfect for younger beach-goers, as the water is often very shallow in summer, and this section of beach is monitored by lifeguards.

Don't forget your bicycles. Fanø island offers wonderful cycling routes where you can experience the magnificent nature up close while exploring the island's attractions.

Fanø is just a 12-minute ferry ride from Esbjerg, part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. In the idyllic villages of Nordby and Sønderho, you'll discover beautiful small thatched timber-framed houses adorned with stunning flowers in summer, along with boutique shops, cafés and restaurants. Here you'll also find the 'Fanø Bryghus', known for its variety of specialty beers.
