Charming holiday home for 4 people on the island of Rømø

Charming, lovingly and extensively restored old thatched house. Tastefully and comfortably furnished. The two regular bedrooms are equipped with comfortable modern beds. Real down duvets and down pillows are very nice. The bed in the guest room could be improved. A nice view from the windows into the garden, which is always very important to us. We had 2 or 3 small problems, which were immediately and amicably dealt with and resolved. For that, many thanks. The kitchen is a bit narrow but well equipped, and you can find everything you need and manage well. There are two bathrooms: one with a toilet and sink and the other with a shower, making the stay more comfortable when there are several people in the house. We were there over New Year's, so we didn't see much of the garden, but it is an unusually large property for the current holiday home situation in Denmark with a nice sunny spot. The ceiling height was problematic for me. Some beams are very low, and I am 2 meters tall, so I initially hit my head multiple times, and it was painful. We felt comfortable and would recommend the holiday house.

The kitchen needs urgent renovation, it is no longer up to date. Additionally, parts of the house smell strongly of mold and dampness in the walls. Especially the bedroom in the extension is affected, and it was not pleasant to sleep there. It's a shame because otherwise it really is a pretty house. The living room is also very beautiful and tasteful.

It is a beautiful old thatched house, with bright and cozy furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen are somewhat small, but that's due to the construction style and didn't ultimately affect our vacation feeling. However, if one places much value on wellness and cooking, I would recommend another house. The terrace has ample and good seating, but it could become a bit noisy during peak season as it is located towards the street. More or better accessible lights or light switches when coming from the living room or bedroom and going to the hallway or kitchen. The motion detector is good, but it's still very dark.

The vacation home is beautifully and cozily furnished. The living room is invitingly designed, and the sofas invite you to linger. The facilities are good, and the furniture is of high quality. The outdoor area, with the terrace and barbecue, is also invitingly designed and completely protected from view. Unfortunately, the kitchen is in need of renovation, and the bedrooms in the annex smell musty. It is also worth mentioning the low ceiling and door heights. Cozy, but not suitable for everyone.
