Beautiful, spacious country estate with swimming pool and outdoor hot tub

It is a beautiful house that offers everything you need for a vacation, whether in summer or winter. The house lacked nothing. It is very functionally furnished, and the beds as well as the bed linen were comfortable and warm. It was very clean and tidy. There are many entertainment options in the house for both adults and children. All in all, it was a successful vacation and everyone was satisfied.

The house is very suitable for a vacation with the extended family. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The rooms are simple, functional, and thankfully, have no carpets. The tower rooms offer a good opportunity to retreat for painting, reading, or playing. We stayed at this house for the second time and have already booked again for 2026.

It is a cozy vacation home, nothing is missing. Super equipped, cozy, and very suitable for a vacation with many people. The garden is spacious.

Fantastic design. Even though you are in the kitchen, you are together with others because the kitchen/dining area flows seamlessly into the living room. There is a shower right across from the pool so you don't have to walk through the whole house with wet clothes. Additionally, there is a shower right next to the jacuzzi, fantastic. Despite all 14 sleeping rooms being occupied, it is very quiet in the house. No noise from other residents or traffic outside. Only lovely roars from rutting deer.

A lovely spacious house. We were 10 families of different ages - all thought the house was lovely. A lot of service, cutlery etc. in fine condition. We would like to recommend the house to others.

The vacation home was wonderful! We were on site with 20 people, and for that, the size is great! Also just enough with the bathrooms! The kitchen offers everything you need and even more, and there is a large drawer with spices, foil, etc... so you don't have to bring much with you! Everyone found the quality of the beds great! We were very satisfied and had an unforgettable time! Only outside there were some shortcomings! The trampoline was dangerously broken, the badminton net was broken, and the terrace was not very well maintained! It would be nice if more attention were paid to that!

Well designed for many. Good space inside and out. Pool in a nice size when the family also had children aged 3-10 years. Lovely bay windows, which provided extra space and view of the sunset. Good outdoor areas for playing and games.

Great house for the large family or group. The house is in really good condition with many good double rooms, likewise, there are many toilets and bathrooms. So it's easy to have many people as there is good space in the kitchen and living room as well as a couple of oases where one can sit a bit undisturbed, lovely outdoor area both covered and in the open with a good bonfire area and a garden with plenty of space for play and ball games.

The house is great for a group. There is enough space, and the large kitchen is fun for preparing meals together. We have been there for the 3rd time already.

The vacation home was a fantastic house with EVERYTHING you could wish for. We had children and adults of all ages, and there was something for everyone!

Honestly, we were absolutely thrilled with the vacation home. There is everything the heart desires. There is generally a good spirit and culture in the house, which makes you also think of the next ones who come, so you can't help but leave a couple of dishwasher tabs and coffee filters, toilet paper, and similar items for the next guests. But for us, it is important that the owner knows how many good thoughts are sent their way. A truly good spirit and atmosphere prevail in the house.. heartfelt thanks

A very nice vacation home to enjoy a good time with up to 30 people. The house is very quiet even though everyone can make noise; in the kitchen, you can dance while cooking together or have enough space to cook two different dishes side by side. Various games in small groups are also possible in the evening without it getting loud. We have already booked for next year.

A fantastic house, with a good layout. You can easily be 25 people in the house and still sleep undisturbed. We will come again next year :-)

The house offers plenty of space for many guests. It has a great indoor climate and good acoustics (not noisy). Everyone can find corners and niches to retreat into. Even a kitchen machine is available. It is clean, bright, and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets can be observed from the bay window. No neighbors to feel watched by, as the house is somewhat secluded. All guests were extremely enthusiastic about the house. The lower rooms are more suitable for those insensitive to noise, as there is the most activity in the lower area. The upper rooms are very well soundproofed, which many found pleasant and were able to sleep well. The beds, as well as the bedding, were clean and comfortable. Most double beds can be moved apart to create 2 single beds. A future trip to this house is already being planned.

We have held a family trip in this summer house 2 times. It is a really nice house with many facilities. The acoustics in the house are really good, which is extra pleasant when you are many together. 10 out of 10 stars from here

It is a lovely large holiday house with room for many ages (both infants and adults) many nice activities both inside and outside. The house is close to the Skærbæk center with the opportunity to do physical activities together. The house is nicely within driving distance of Rømø.

The house is simply perfect. Thank you for letting us use it! We would love to come back, but the problems with both pools urgently need to be fixed. A major booking aspect was the presence of an outdoor whirlpool and a heated indoor pool. The access to the technology at the outdoor whirlpool was locked, so filling or using it was not possible. On the day of arrival, we received a call from the ESMARK office informing us that the indoor pool was darkly discolored, but after a water analysis was conducted, it was deemed safe to use. The cause of the discoloration was said to be a burst activated carbon filter, resulting in the release of its material and dissolution in the pool water. After covering the pool liner and using the pool, the pool area smelled strongly of chemicals. On the 2nd day of our stay, especially the children complained about itchy and slightly burning skin. On that day, a pool technician tested the pool in the morning, and the gentleman again insisted on its safety for use. On the morning of the 3rd day of our stay, the bodies of all individuals who used the pool multiple times showed, in addition to itching and burning skin, widespread red rashes. After contacting the ESMARK office by phone, a pool technician came that morning. During his visit, we were later informed by phone that the values were okay, but as a precaution, the use of the indoor pool should be banned at the user's own risk. The cause was again stated to be the burst activated carbon filter. ESMARK offered us a 20% discount on the rent over the phone, to which we agreed under the known conditions at that time. That afternoon, another gentleman appeared at the house and intensively inspected the pool and technology. In a brief conversation with him, we learned that the pool contamination was not caused by a burst filter as repeatedly stated by ESMARK, but resulted from the previous renters of the property leaving the pool so filthy that a chemical cleaning was hardly effective. We feel misinformed by ESMARK. Whether this was done consciously or unconsciously cannot be determined. Especially the children are still complaining about very dry skin a week after the last pool use. The house is simply perfect. Thank you for letting us use it! We would love to come back, but the problems with both pools urgently need to be fixed. (Question 11)

Great house with plenty of space. Nice bright and large rooms where there is room for everyone. Esmark contacted us the day after arrival, just to see if everything was okay. When we were puzzled about the smell in the pool room and the taste of the water, they immediately sent someone to look at it. It turned out to be because it's a saltwater pool and not a chlorine pool. :)

We stayed in the holiday home as an extended family. Enough bedrooms with night lights and clothes racks. Very good kitchen equipment. We missed nothing. We will come back next year and the year after!

Perfectly suited for large, well-organized groups looking to self-cater with the large kitchen on-site. We have been booking holiday homes of this size with our group for 15 years. This was by far the most well-maintained, cleanest, and tidiest house we have had so far. A normal-size ping pong table would be great when we come back in 2026. :-).

It was big and nice also regarding sound when there are many people. The cleaning was very satisfactory.

The house has everything you need. We didn't miss anything. Even the kitchen equipment with the appliances is just great. We had a great week with family, kids, and dogs.

The house was very suitable for our family gathering. 28 adults and 2 children. Good rooms, good living rooms and plenty of space for everyone at meals. Good acoustics. Besides, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities.

Lovely holiday house. Has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. We held our annual family weekend, 23 people in total, there was something for all ages. The youngest 9 months, the oldest 81 years.

Very large beautiful holiday home, particularly suitable for large family celebrations. Many rooms, all in good condition and with a good size. Great outdoor location, where you can celebrate well. Many play options, so even days with bad weather can be easily bridged. Especially during the blooming of the rapeseed, a fantastic view from the house. Simply dreamy. Very quiet too. The house is superbly insulated, so the additional costs are very manageable despite the pool.

A fantastic holiday home with plenty of space for 30 people that provided the perfect setting for our wedding.

The house on Vasevej 3 worked really well for a family gathering of 27 people. It is a large and spacious house with good space for various activities many places. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were frequently used. The ceilings are sound-dampened, which was really nice. The house is charming and well-maintained and lived up to the expectations I had from the pictures.
