Beautiful holiday home with terrace - close to the beach

Great cozy holiday home, fully furnished, everything in very good condition, great property and great location, the house was well heated with the heat pump and fireplace (in the evening) at the end of November and very cozy (costs were acceptable)

Sofa is a bit uncomfortable. The house can unfortunately be seen from all sides.

We've rented the house now for the second time and will come back again in May! I think that says it all. The proximity to the beach and the tranquility is just great. Some things have been renewed.

We have booked this holiday home for the 2nd time. We like the great location right by the dune to the North Sea... On the beautiful enclosed terrace, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the sun. We also really liked that we had a gas grill available. All in all, we could enjoy a nice relaxing vacation... Always happy to come again...

Great location and terrace. We were in the house with 6 people and a dog, and there was room for everyone. We have been Esmark guests for a long time and hopefully will remain so for a long time. The next house is already booked!

This vacation home stands out because of its prime location to the beach! It is brightly and friendly furnished. The panoramic windows to the dunes are a dream. The enclosed terrace is also a dream in cooler weather. Your dog will love this house. Food bowls were in the cupboard! The house heats up very well, so we didn't need heat pumps even in rainy weather. The sauna can be used well after a walk in stormy weather. Here you can let your soul relax and find peace!

A very cozy, bright vacation home. The beds were also comfortable, kitchen super equipped. Terraces offer a beautiful view of nature; it is certainly a dream to linger there on warmer days. Everything is simply and well thought out, enough space in the cupboards.

A great holiday home in a superb location to the beach and North Sea. Perfect for 4. Not everything is new but well-kept and functionally excellent. Naturally, the beach location means longer distances to the grocer. I would book the house again in winter anytime.

Great holiday home! The location immediately adjacent to the beach access is particularly noteworthy. Everything inside the house is in very good condition. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped. Nothing was missing. We have now been to this beautiful holiday home for the second time and would love to come again.

The location of the holiday house is excellent and directly by the dune. The bedrooms are rather small if booking the house with friends and closing the doors. If you're here alone or with children, it is sufficient. The kitchen is very well equipped, and you can find everything you need. The air conditioning is a big plus, especially in summer. A few beautifications wouldn't hurt (rust stains on the ceiling on the terrace).

The house has an excellent location to the beach, two seating options depending on the position of the sun. The kitchen is very well equipped. We didn't lack anything. The beds are new, providing high sleep comfort. No washing machine available, please note. Large property without play equipment, but sandbox available.

Super equipped holiday home in the best location at a great price. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. We had enough space with 6 adults and a dog, even on the 3 rainy days. The outdoor area is great for games. (football/ball). Also great the closed terrace. (Dog). Short walk to the beach. As the house is at the end of the holiday resort, the beach is not crowded even in the best bathing weather during the main holiday season. 100m further even alone on the beach. Great with the dog.

The holiday home has three bedrooms and beds (1 double bed and 4 single beds (2 in each room)). Thus, it is possible, even with 2 children, that everyone has their own room. This is not standard in many other holiday apartments/homes. The bathroom offers everything you need. Additionally, there is a small lit hand mirror, an illuminated wall mirror, and a hairdryer. The integrated sauna is easy to operate. However, the fuse must be turned on first, which is located in a small shed on the terrace. The kitchen offers a large number of dishes and cutlery. Also, sufficient pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils are available. On the property's outdoor area, there are 2 clotheslines and a few pegs. A washing machine or dryer is not available in the house. Laundry must be washed at a laundromat. The terrace offers 6 seats and 2 loungers with accompanying seat and lounge cushions.

The house was very good and cozy I can only say I would rent it again immediately.

Lovingly furnished vacation home. We didn't lack anything. Plenty of kitchen utensils and very well-equipped with everything you need. Worth mentioning is the proximity to the beach. The view of the dunes is simply wonderful. I would book this vacation home again.

It is a beautiful house with a brilliant view of the dunes. With a very short path to the North Sea, about 50m. The house has everything you need for everyday life.

The house is top, the surroundings are very beautiful. I can only recommend the house.
