Beach-close holiday home with private wellness facilities

The vacation home is brand new and very well equipped. Both the kitchen, the living area, and the bathrooms are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the bedrooms are partly very small, I would rather add more double beds there. Highlight here is definitely the pool, the steam sauna, the outdoor sauna, and the whirlpool. The facility also has several terraces with wind protection and plenty of seating and lounging options, so you can always be close to the sun. An honest recommendation, as the overall concept is spot on. Proximity to the beach 400m, simply wonderful.

We spent a wonderful week here. The house fulfills all wishes. The sauna with a view of the dunes, the outdoor jacuzzi, steam sauna, foosball and billiards are excellent in rainy weather. Only drawback, the house is definitely not designed for 14 adults, the three rooms with bunk beds are too small and have little storage space. For us eight adults, it was brilliant.

A beautiful very modern holiday home awaits you, in case of rain you can play table football, billiards or table tennis. The outdoor whirlpool with roofing invites you to linger. For a short dip, the 60cm deep pool is well suited, and you can end the evening in a steam sauna and sauna. The path to the sea and the wonderful beach is easily managed in 10 minutes. Bring your bikes, there are great bike paths to discover.

A great holiday home, which is superbly equipped. We were there with 8 people, a toddler and 2 dogs. The location is perfect and it's just a short walk to the beach. The house is modernly furnished and still very new. The only downside, in our opinion, was the pool, which is quite small and only about 50 cm deep. Great for smaller children but somewhat unsuitable for adults. Instead, there is a large whirlpool, a sauna, and a steam bath. The inner terrace is very sheltered and has sun almost all day. You can enjoy the evening sun on the west terrace. We spent a great week there and can only recommend the house.

The house is very modern, clean, and cozily furnished. The courtyard is great. All wishes are considered. The swimming pool was great for our three children, and the bath was wonderfully warm. Sauna with a view of the dune is great. In the sanitary area, attention should be paid to accessories that cannot rust or erode. Unfortunately, the hotplate was defective, and we had to cook on a camping stove.

Beautiful, clean holiday home with a toddler-calculated splash pool. A special highlight is the steam sauna. The Esmark service and the handling remain excellent. Despite intensive use of the pool, outdoor whirlpool, dryer, and washing machine, the electricity costs are low. We spent around €200 a week.

Functional furnishings Very close to the beach Maybe a privacy screen would do the house good. The property has a construction site character and allows many looks into the house.

Beautiful holiday home, which we would gladly recommend to others. Layout of bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds, 3 rooms with bunks. We wish there had been 3 rooms with double beds; but it's not easy to change now. The whole family (6 adults and 4 young people) felt that the house and pool, steam bath, spa, sauna, billiards, and table football were a huge experience for all.

The house is very modernly furnished, new and very clean. The children (5-8 years old) had great fun swimming in the pool (though it is not very deep). The terrace, which cannot be overlooked, is spacious with many seating options, tables, loungers, a sauna, and a whirlpool and is great for use in good weather. The kitchen is very large and superbly equipped for 14 people. Of the 5 bedrooms, 2 contain large double beds and televisions. The 3 smaller ones are only conditionally suitable for adults (couples) and are not comparable to the 2 larger bedrooms. Especially 1 of them is very small, without a wardrobe, only with a chest of drawers. You should be aware of this if you are going with many adults. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the modern house over Christmas.

We have been going to DK with a large group for years, always through Esmark. The house is very large and has a lot of space. Everything is there that you need. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the cozy charm like you know from Denmark. But that's just our feeling. Otherwise, TOP.

A great house with many activity options. The pool was just right for our small children, and the pool room, thanks to the heavy, lockable door, was perfect for the children's safety. We, 6 adults and 3 children (1, 4, 6), had a great week.

A great house with a high relaxation value due to the SPA area. We really enjoyed the time. For several adult individuals (couples), the bed distribution is challenging.

A beautiful house. However, very cramped for 12 people and the layout is not optimal. Loft beds very sparse. The pool is very small and has a height of 60cm. Otherwise, everything is quite modern, and you can feel comfortable. Unfortunately, there is only one dishwasher.

Only 2 double rooms. Otherwise 2 sleeping rooms for 3 people and one sleeping room with 4 bunk beds is a downside for the house. Otherwise, a fantastic house for the whole family regardless of age.

The beautiful and modern house left hardly any wishes open. The two larger bedrooms share the more spacious bathroom. The two smaller bedrooms and the children's room share the smaller bathroom. One of the smaller bedrooms is really extremely small and also has only a chest of drawers instead of a closet. The kitchen with the adjoining living-dining area is spacious and cozy. In a separate area, there is a billiards/table tennis table and another refrigerator. In the pool room, there is another toilet with a washing machine/dryer and a large shower. Unfortunately, the pool is only 1m deep and more resembles a large bathtub. The steam sauna, dry sauna, and whirlpool are a real highlight. We couldn't use the nice terrace much in October, but in the summer it's surely awesome.

A wonderful, modern (and at our visit still brand new) holiday house with many possibilities, well-thought-out details, many alternatives, and offers to spend time in the house during bad weather (see facilities). Also, the outdoor area is well-equipped and leaves hardly any desires unfulfilled. The sauna, the steam bath, the whirlpool - a dream. The pool itself is not meant for swimming lanes, you can wonderfully sit in it (or let yourself drift) and watch the sunset. However, the house and its equipment are unfortunately not as final and consistently first-class as the price would lead one to expect, though of high quality and very tastefully and completely furnished. But this is, for such an overall great house, probably "complaining" at the highest level. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our time there, relax and unwind, the area is a dream, and the proximity to the nature reserve and the beach completed the holiday absolutely successfully :-)

The holiday home was only a few weeks in the rental at our arrival and therefore still in a great condition. We were very satisfied with the equipment. Even in bad weather, you can have a great time in the house. The pool is more of a large warm bathtub, where you can sit and look out of the panoramic windows and drift along with pool noodles. Swimming is not possible here. Very positive is that all technology in the house was very easy to operate.
