Stylish holiday home with sauna & EV charging

Great modern holiday home. We especially liked the large terrace behind the house! The location on Bjerregårdsvej did not bother us at all, you don't even notice the passing cars. Bjerregård Kaufmann is reachable within a 10-minute walk, it takes about 15 minutes on foot to the beach.

The holiday home is perfect: the layout, the separate sleeping areas, the bathrooms, the terraces with glass fences are ideal for families with dogs and children. However, the strong car traffic is disturbing, but you don't hear it on the back terrace.

This beautiful, new holiday home in Denmark is a dream come true. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a very spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with a fireplace. The open and modern space is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and large sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and leaves nothing to be desired - perfect for those who like to cook even on vacation. The entire interior is lovingly and stylishly furnished, so you feel at home from the first moment. Especially noteworthy is the large, fenced wooden terrace that opens to the dunes. Thus, our poodle Charly was safe. Here you can enjoy absolute privacy as there is no direct neighbor, and the view is exclusively of greenery. The terrace offers numerous seating, dining, and lounging options and direct access to the house's sauna - ideal for relaxing hours. Families with children are also well catered for: swings and a sand play area invite children to play and romp around. A second, also very quiet, terrace is located on the street side. It is so cleverly designed that you can also enjoy peace undisturbed here. A high-quality gas grill is ready for sociable barbecue evenings. Despite the proximity to the street, the stay remains completely undisturbed - the location is quiet and idyllic. With 30 years of vacation home experience, I give a full 5 stars: A truly well thought-out and very harmonious and well-furnished holiday home down to the last detail. Thanks to the layout of the house and the outdoor areas, all needs can be met: Everyone finds a cozy and quiet corner for themselves, and there is also enough space to spend time together. You barely notice the busy street right in front of the house. And: Finally enough storage space and towel hooks!! :) The house is perfect. Everything has been thought of. This house is really lovingly furnished without unnecessary "frills". Kitchen and living area... super. Bedrooms are spacious, each with a TV. Beautiful bathrooms with excellent tiles. Several seating areas for different wind-sun-rain exposure outside.

A really great house! The only thing to note is the sauna, which unfortunately only reaches a temperature of about 70 degrees even after three hours of heating up. This is annoying because the sauna is therefore not really usable.

A very beautiful house that we would love to buy. The rooms in the house are large and very nicely furnished. You feel comfortable immediately. The beds are very comfortable. The living room and kitchen area are furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. The sofa is very comfortable. I really enjoyed looking out into nature from inside. The large terraces are generously stocked with garden furniture. One terrace is covered and the large terrace in the backyard is open. The house is not easily visible from the outside. You have your peace.

We are totally thrilled with the house. Super clean and well equipped. It was a beautiful vacation, and we have already booked again for next year. It's not far to the sea.

It was the best house we ever had in Denmark. The house has multiple sitting areas, so it really accommodates 6 people, allowing for some privacy. Especially nice are the two terraces. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a closet and chest of drawers. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

The holiday home is spacious, with a very large room consisting of the kitchen and living room from which you can access the large, fenced terrace located behind the house and thus away from the street. This terrace is huge and really nicely designed. On the street-facing side, there is also a terrace with comfortable seating. The bedrooms are functional, and the layout of the bedrooms is well thought out. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there.

The house is great. You immediately feel at home. Not far to the beach and shopping. The beds were very comfortable.

A great holiday home where nothing is lacking. Good layout of the rooms, very nicely furnished, making it a house to feel good in even in gloomy November. With the two large terraces, it is also very promising for a summer holiday :-)

A great house for family holidays or with friends. The quiet location and the sheltered terrace provide a perfect place to relax. It is particularly noteworthy how modern and well-equipped it is - nothing is missing here! Whether it's the kitchen equipment or the lovely decoration: Feeling good here is easy!

A wonderful, new house with great interior! Very tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are positioned so that you do not disturb each other. The rear terrace is not visible to anyone. We would certainly book the house again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. ESMARK!

New and very tastefully furnished holiday home. Nothing is missing. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The two large terraces are great. One with an outdoor shower and access to the sauna, and on the other side a very nice covered seating area with a heat lamp for the cooler evenings. The back terrace is wonderfully quiet and not visible from the outside. Perfect.

A beautiful new holiday home, the terraces enclosed with a glass fence are great, ideal with a toddler and dog. The house leaves little to be desired. An outdoor whirlpool would be the icing on the cake. We will definitely come back.
