Charming thatched holiday home with fireplace for 6 people

We were five people with a dog in this vacation home. The space is sufficient due to the large living area with kitchen and the upper floor. The house feels very cozy and bright thanks to the large terrace windows. The decor is tasteful with a certain patina. There are various terraces to linger that are not visible to curious onlookers. However, the house is very noisy, and the bed in the large bedroom is much too small for adults (1.40m). A little maintenance, repairs, and tidying up would not hurt the house. Overall, it is a cozy, functional, charming house in a quiet location.

Great location and a truly special house! Inside the house a new bathroom, very beautiful :), but without heating. The approximately 60sqm large kitchen-living room is a great, spacious area with beautiful furniture with some patina, where we felt very comfortable! The east terrace appeared very worn and could be improved with, for example, a new table - the terraces are generally well-designed and protected from view, no significant car noises. As non-smokers in a smoking house, we ventilated fully at first and by the 2nd day the smell of old smoke was mostly gone. That’s why we’d recommend the house to non-smokers as well, because it is so beautiful and special. The bedrooms on the first floor offer many possibilities for several people, the beds are good and there is also sufficient storage space.

We really spent two very nice, relaxed weeks in the vacation home. Originally, the plan was for six of us to be there for a week, but that didn't work out due to illness. In hindsight, maybe that's for the best. The house does have a good size and enough sleeping options, but it is quite noisy.

Beautifully renovated, small, lovingly furnished thatched cottage, nice terraces, 10 minutes to the sea, perfect for 2 people or 2 people with older children. We had a great week!

The house is nicely located. Short paths to the dunes and the beach. The interior design is very lovingly made. We felt very comfortable, 2 adults and 1 medium-sized dog.

Really beautiful holiday home, modern and cozy (hygge) furnished with everything you need. The living area is very spacious, light-flooded and the balcony bedroom is larger than the standard, the rising sun tickles your nose. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom feels practically new. The beach is nearby, and the area is pleasantly quiet because it is not so big. I'm happy to recommend it here and would love to come back.

The holiday home Heden 1 is simply perfect. Perfectly located by the beach (only a few minutes walk) and has everything you need to live. We felt very comfortable right away and will definitely come back!
