Beach-close thatched holiday home with two bathrooms in Skodbjerge

The holiday home is very cozy, for us the layout was perfect and the fenced terrace is great. All appliances work perfectly.

The house is certainly showing its age, but you are compensated by the fantastic location and it is ideal with dogs. You have everything you need.

The location is wonderful, only the furniture is old and partly broken.

A spacious, light-filled vacation home for up to 7 people. Large enclosed yard where small children or dogs can play. Then another terrace to the west with a Danish wooden dining set, offering a magnificent view of the dune ridge, weather permitting. Another small terrace with a wooden set to the south (sheltered under the roof), where you can enjoy lunch well. In the living room, 2 great leather armchairs with panoramic views via the south terrace over the heath. Every evening from dusk "Hare Cinema," simply fantastic. A large bathroom with a great shower, large washbasin, washing machine, and dryer available. The shower is open - without an annoying curtain - but well-designed so that the water drains well and the bathroom does not get wet. Likewise, a smaller bathroom, all fine there too. We found the toilet seats to be quite low for older people. All rooms were well maintained, beds were exceptionally good with excellent duvets. Dining table also very good, at first we feared that the metal chairs wouldn't be comfortable to sit on, but they turned out to be better than expected. Kitchen equipped with everything, no need to bring utensils from home. The only small downside was that the seating furniture on the large terrace was ready for disposal, the round table described in the picture was standing as curbside trash in the garage, and the accompanying chairs were nearing their final stage. Maybe an investment in a new seating set would be worthwhile. Another very large square table also did not look very trustworthy. But that's complaining at a high level; we will book the house again, the location is just perfect for nature lovers. With 7 people, it might seem a bit bustling, so ideally 5 max. 6 people.
