Seaside holiday home with sauna and fireplace in Årgab

We rented the house in the second week of January. During that time it was snowy and very cold. The house is peacefully located in a cul-de-sac. Parking is directly at the house, unfortunately without a charging station for an electric car. The house itself is functional but tastefully furnished. Everything necessary is available. The small sauna is very nice - with an outdoor shower in the summer. The internet is sufficiently fast. The house is operated with a heat pump. Unfortunately, we could not manage to get comfortable room temperatures under the weather conditions. The wood stove was also not helpful, as even though it provides a nice atmosphere, it does not really heat the high rooms effectively. Despite everything, we were very satisfied and can recommend the house, especially with a dog.

A very beautiful holiday home with floor-to-ceiling windows. Close to the dune and very cozy. The large living room with dining area and fireplace was just lovely. In the morning you could see the sunrise and in the evening the sunset.. My personal highlight: the fairy lights on the windows in the living room.

A beautiful, modern holiday home with a short path to the beach. The large windows cause the house to heat up extremely in the sun, so that even in strong winds we always had to keep all doors open. Unfortunately, sun protection in the form of blinds or pleated blinds is missing. We especially liked the sauna with a view outside. However, the outdoor shower unfortunately did not work. We would recommend the house more for winter than for summer. Sun protection should definitely be installed in the house. Due to the large glass fronts, the house heats up extremely in the sun and it is not possible to stay in the house without opening all the doors. At the dining table, the sun shines directly on your head. Unfortunately, this was very unpleasant, even though we actually like the sun. The grills should be regularly renewed. A windbreak on the terrace would be helpful to be able to sit outside even in strong winds.

We felt very comfortable in this house! The panoramic view of the dune landscape and to Ringkøbingfjord compensates even when the weather is bad!! The kitchen is very completely equipped. Reading lamps in the living room are missing and unfortunately there is no storage space for bicycles. All in all a great house, we have booked it again immediately!
