Luxury holiday home with large sauna near the beach

9-year-old vacation home, in a quiet location, near the North Sea beach and just under 1 km from the fjord. The exterior of the house looks quite okay, but not luxurious. There is a flat-screen TV in every room, and there are also 3 bathrooms, very good! Sauna and whirlpool, yet there are traces and signs of wear that aren't visually pleasing. We are a bit spoiled, of course, as we usually choose newer houses through Esmark. Outdoor area could be better maintained, grass between the joints, outdoor lounge uncomfortable, worn out. The covered terrace with glass cladding is great!

The vacation home was great. The layout was superb, the terrace fantastic. Everything was available that you need for a relaxing holiday in Denmark. We felt comfortable and would book the house again.

The vacation home is located 100 meters from the beach and is very modern and tastefully furnished. There is enough space and seating for 6 people, the 3 bathrooms are top modern. We particularly liked the covered veranda, where you can fantastically chill in rain, strong wind, etc. The house is very well equipped; we lacked nothing, and we will book it again.

Very nice and modern holiday house, located immediately near the beach. The house features 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bedrooms have direct access to their own bathroom. A wellness area with a large sauna and whirlpool is also available. The entire house has underfloor heating. On cold days, a fire can be lit in the available fireplace. Lastly, the covered terrace allows being outside even on cooler or rainy days.

We spent a wonderful week in this great house in December 2024. There are no complaints. Despite bad weather, it was a great time. The location of the house is great.

It is a very beautiful holiday home. We particularly liked that two rooms had their own bathroom. The sliding doors that separate the entrance area and the hallway with the bedrooms and single bathroom from the living-kitchen area are also a very nice solution. Overall, the holiday home was equipped with a lot of functionality and love. It's a shame that now dogs are allowed.

We were in the house with two couples and a child (1.5 years). For this, it was perfect. The two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms each provide all guests with ample privacy. The beds were good, and the wardrobes were large enough. The equipment was superb. We didn’t miss anything.

The holiday home is close to the sea. The room layout is just great and exactly to my liking. There is a sliding door to the bathrooms and bedrooms, which creates tranquility and retreat possibilities - brilliantly thought out. There are various light sources in the house, which are also beautifully bright, which I personally always like. The whirlpool bathtub was again my personal highlight. The sauna is nicely large. The washing machine is very clean and there is both an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, and a vacuum cleaner. The floor is great and easy to clean, especially after small sandy feet from the beach. All in all, a top location and a great holiday home. A light on the terrace (near the kitchen door) would have been great, unfortunately, it did not turn on. The fireplace door was leaking. We accidentally tested the smoke detectors once - they work :) (Great service from Esmark! They responded directly, were reachable, and sent someone out.) We don't know what went wrong, we wanted to make a fire which didn't catch immediately, the door to the fireplace was closed, and still, smoke leaked from the side of the fireplace into the room. We initially thought it was because the exhaust pipe was still cold, but it happened again 3 more times, even when a fire was already burning previously. Maybe it was us - it should perhaps be checked once. We had wonderful days :)
