Modern holiday home with 6-person hot tub

Very nice and well thought-out vacation home. We have already booked the house for the third time. The house is in very good condition and is continuously expanded and modernized in small details (glass windows in the sauna, shoe dryer in the laundry room, etc.). Clear recommendation.

The house leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt comfortable. Everything was available to spend even the rainy days comfortably and without boredom. On sunny days, you can enjoy the two terraces, the bright atmosphere in the house, and the short walk to the beach. It was really hard for us and also for the children (10 and 13) to say goodbye. Thank you to the homeowners and to Esmark for the attentive service!

We felt completely comfortable in the vacation home. There was more available than we had thought. :-) Upon entering the house, it felt like home and we were able to fully enjoy our vacation. What stands out most in our memory is how clean the house was. The house is furnished with a lot of love, and you could tell that the owners put a lot of thought into it. We really liked the light-filled living room. In rare cases are the mattresses as comfortable as in this vacation home. So all in all, we had an unforgettable lovely time with our four-month-old son. :-)

You open the door and have arrived. The house is beautifully located at the end of the street and is flooded with light. A huge bathroom with sauna and whirlpool is available. Two beautiful terraces that cannot be overlooked. One is fenced and good for our dog. The furnishings are new, modern, and high-quality. Well-equipped kitchen including good appliances. Additionally, many new board games were available. Extensive film selection on Blue Ray. The beach is 3 minutes away. A beautiful house where you feel at home upon arrival.

This was the 6th time we were in Denmark, and this holiday home is by far our number 1. It is modernly designed and furnished, lovingly decorated in a marine style, and offers plenty of space, inside and outside on the two terraces. A modern, well-maintained Weber gas grill also provides the opportunity for a nice barbecue. There is even an electric shoe and boot dryer for wet shoes. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which, due to its size, could rather be called a hall; equipped with 2 rain showers, a large whirlpool, and a spacious sauna where you can quickly and deeply relax even on dreary days. It's not far from the beach (about 10 minutes, part of which is due to crossing the impressive dune).

The house is very nice and open. A lot of light comes in. Very clean and well equipped. Cozy furnishing.

A holiday house with a cozy atmosphere, very tastefully furnished, very well thought-out room layout. The large bathroom with whirlpool and large infrared sauna is a highlight, the cabinets well-sorted and labeled, the enclosed terrace with a view of the dunes is great for people and pets. Many thanks to the landlords who have furnished their house so lovingly.

We have been tenants in Tingodden 313b for many years. Since Anita and René took over the house, it has undergone a comprehensive renovation and has received a very individual and loving interior. This makes the house something special that stands out from the often unimaginative furnishings of other houses. For dog owners, it was a brilliant idea to connect the previously separated laundry and dryer room to the living area through an interior door. So you can dry off the four-legged friends in peace without having water and sand directly in the living area. For us, the Haveje is perfect!

We were here in July with the whole family and immediately felt very comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, so cooking was fun. The bathroom is also a dream. Our children have already asked when we will go on holiday in this holiday house again…

The property is a dream house in a dream location. The interior is designed with a lot of love, kitchen is well equipped, a very large bathroom with sauna, whirlpool, and double shower, another bathroom also with shower, perfect for a holiday as a family of four. The two terraces facing east and west allow breakfast and dinner in the sun. Absolutely recommend!

The holiday home is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, and quietly located. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Even the knives were still sharp, and the pans/pots were well maintained. The mattresses have the potential for back pain, and the couch is already a bit saggy. A way to darken the skylights in the front living area would be an advantage. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the house and would book it again.

A wonderful holiday home in a super great dune location. It is very tastefully decorated and nothing is really missing. The beautiful murals and decorative items are really beautiful.
