Luxury pool house for 12 people, 100 metres from North Sea beach

The house is also recommended for multiple families. You can play or cook in different areas without disturbing others. The pool area is also completely fine and clean.

We traveled with 12 people. 8 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs. Due to the staggered levels in the house, everyone had the opportunity to retreat. The children always took every opportunity to swim in the house. Since the house is so close to the beach, the youngest could also go back and forth between the beach and the house alone. Swings and sandpit were often used. Different terraces at the house were used depending on the sun's position and the wind. Wonderful!!

Great house for groups or 2-3 families. Due to the layout of the rooms and also the space around the house, everyone can retreat if needed. Beach directly at the house over the dune. It doesn't get any better. You are completely isolated by the dunes around the house and see nothing of neighbors.

Very well-equipped pool house for active families. Lovingly and practically equipped down to the last detail. Everything has been thought of. There are many retreats for reading, playing billiards, and chilling. The SPA area has a pool with a view of the dunes, a large sauna, an extra bathroom, and the ability to dry towels. There is a large dining area with a view of the kitchen and access to the large terrace. The house is right behind the dune, and it is only a few minutes to the beach. A 10 out of 10.

Very well-equipped holiday home, kitchen fully equipped, nice spa area with pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Pool table and massage chair are fun and invite you to play and relax. The proximity to the beach is great, we had a great week in the house!

The house offers enough space for 10-11 adults and with its two living areas also enough room to spread out, retreat, and pursue different leisure activities. The comparatively large and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook.

A very tastefully furnished house. The room layout is very good, so you can get out of each other's way if needed. The pool area including the sauna is very nice and invites relaxation. The kitchen equipment is great and very well stocked. We've been here for the second time and will definitely come back.

Large holiday home close to the beach with a fantastic pool and wellness area. Spent the Christmas days there with the whole family, i.e., 9 people (plus 1 dog), and it was almost perfect except for small details!

A very cozy house in an absolutely top location! Directly at the beach entrance and yet not very visible. Very modern furnishings and great layout make it possible to use the pool area and activity room while you can relax undisturbed in the living room! We would book the house again immediately. An absolute recommendation!

The house is in a wonderful location (right behind the dune). You can hear the sea. The house is very large (multiple levels) and has plenty of retreats (also important for larger groups). The pool and sauna area is nicely designed - with a view of the dune. From the upper living area (kitchen & living room) you have a good view of the fjord. It is wonderfully quiet. Absolute recommendation!

Great house with everything you could wish for! We stayed here for the second time in a row, and we like it better every time! At any time of the day, there's a nice spot in the house to enjoy the sun!

All in all a beautiful holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Since the house is very large, there are many activities available even in bad weather. Some go to the pool, others play billiards, and another sits in front of the fireplace and reads a book. And even in the evenings, it's possible to watch a film through a sliding door without disturbing others. The gigantic view from the dining area is also fantastic, whether it's at breakfast or dinner, we enjoyed it all the time.

The vacation home is lovingly furnished. We all felt very comfortable... We didn't miss anything. We had a beautiful week...
