The partially covered terrace offers plenty of space for sun lovers. Trees protect the house from wind and prying eyes, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy. The spacious grounds provide plenty of room for your dog to run around or for children to play ball games.

Children will particularly enjoy the swings and sandpit, which can be easily supervised from the terrace.
