We have already spent our vacation in this cozy holiday home for the second time – and for good reason: It is simply a wonderful place to relax and feel good. The holiday home SC55 is pleasantly quiet, about 800 meters from the center of Søndervig. The beautiful North Sea beach can be reached in just a few minutes' walk – about 550 meters separate the house from the dunes. We particularly liked the two terraces, which offer sun or shade depending on the time of day and are perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors. The spacious, very well-kept property offers plenty of space for playing – ideal for families with children. The house’s amenities leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available – from the well-equipped kitchen to cozy furniture and practical details that make everyday life easier. We felt completely comfortable and will certainly return!

We spent 2 weeks at the end of March in this small but beautiful holiday home. We felt very comfortable. I don't need to repeat the existing reviews pointing out the low entrance door, the different levels of the rooms, or the small bathroom. It was described as such, and that's how it is. Anyway, at a height of 185 cm, I never hit my head. The beds were excellent, we haven't slept so well and for so long in a long time. The stove was effective and spread a nice warmth in the rooms. You just shouldn't necessarily use the extractor fan at the same time, was my impression. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen either. The 3 or let's say 2 terrace areas are great at this time of year to follow the course of the sun. And we had plenty of sunshine during this time. The location directly on the west coast cycle path wasn't disturbing. Despite the vegetation still in winter sleep, no one could look onto our plate. We would love to come back again.

Very nice quiet but central location. The beach and the city center are quickly accessible.

It was another nice vacation in Denmark. The holiday home area is beautifully located, quick to the beach and the town. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished and has two nice terraces. The bathroom is simple but okay.

This holiday home is clean and well-equipped. However, the ceilings are very low and the bathroom is very small. There are floor height differences, which is very unpleasant. We would not vacation in this house again. It was somewhat too small.

We really, really liked this house, sufficient for 2 people. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The location is very quiet. The various terraces were great. We felt right at home. Lighting the stove in the evening brought coziness. We would definitely book this house again.

Lovely holiday house!!!

The holiday home fully met our expectations. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The kitchen appliances are modern and of high quality. Kitchen accessories are sufficient and of good quality. We lacked nothing. The furniture, couch, and armchairs in the living area are cozy, and the television is top-notch. You can feel absolutely comfortable in this holiday home. We also found it very good that there was a lockable shed where we could store our bikes. The outdoor area with several terraces is also very good. Sure, in the entrance area and in the bathroom the ceiling height is not 2.50 m high, as described by some tenants, but only about 2 m to 2.10 m. But it is also described like that for the holiday home. We are about 1.75 m tall, and it didn't bother us at all. In the other rooms, the ceiling height is correct. The house is absolutely recommendable, and we will certainly rent this house again next time. A word about the Esmark staff: They are very nice and forthcoming. We received a message via SMS before our arrival that the house could be occupied before 15.00 (13.30). Not every landlord does this. So, Esmark team, keep it up.

Small witches' house, very cozy but has a low ceiling height and narrow doors

Very clean and fully equipped. House only suitable for people up to 1.75m tall. Doors very low, mini shower in wet room, short narrow beds. Maximum utilization 2 adults plus 2 children. In winter hard to keep warm despite fireplace. Lots of space on the property and terraces, many seating/lying possibilities outside.

The beds in the holiday home have the standard size (90x200). The doors are the same height as the ceiling, and the shower will be replaced in February 2024.

A small, cozy holiday home for 2 people or a small family. Well-maintained property with many opportunities to enjoy the sun on a terrace. The beach and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The fireplace provides coziness and the kitchen equipment is excellent. The only downside is the somewhat small bathroom. We would love to come back.
