Modern holiday home with pool for 10 people and 2 dogs

A beautifully and modernly furnished vacation home. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. The furnishings are great and the pool area is a dream. We have already booked the next vacation in this house.

Great spacious house. Perfectly equipped. Very clean and tidy. Nothing was broken. Pool and sauna also great. In the kitchen, everything was present and sufficiently available.

Super nice, spacious holiday home with great pool and sauna. Well-maintained and definitely invites you to stay. The bedrooms are excellently distributed, and on the large terrace, you can enjoy the sun to the fullest from noon until evening. (Don't forget sunscreen :)) Top was the gas grill and the free service for a new gas bottle. In the "playhouse," you can have great billiards or table tennis battles.

The vacation home is very close to the North Sea and a short walk there gives a real holiday feeling. We were delighted with the house, simply the perfect room layout for two families. We particularly liked the energy factor of the house. The house has a pleasant basic warmth. The pool area was the highlight of the house, the size convinced us. The sauna with a view is simply a dream. Outside there is a shower that was gladly used after the sauna session. Another highlight was the activity room, where you could play billiards and table tennis.

We really liked the holiday home. The house's amenities including pool, whirlpool, outdoor sauna, billiards, and table tennis were excellent and matched the description on the website. Everything worked flawlessly. The open kitchen looks quite modern and has everything one needs for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms serve their purpose. Esmark was very committed to ensuring a hassle-free stay for us. On the first day, we were called to check if everything was in order. We would book a house through Esmark again.

A great holiday home for families or groups. The large table invites for communal dining and relaxing. The small but nice barrel sauna allows for cozy sitting for 6 people to relax. If you're looking for activity, playing billiards or swimming in the indoor pool offers options. The house could be more personally/cozily decorated. We missed opportunities for decoration like tealights, candles, etc. In the kitchen, there were a few more glasses missing (especially large glasses) as well as a suitable cupboard/vitrine. The glasses are in a drawer, so they break easily when opening. A large mixing bowl and a salad spinner were missing. The upper cabinets in the kitchen are hard to reach.

Thanks for the information. We have spoken with the homeowner who wants to find a few personal/cozy items for the house. We will also place more water glasses and a mixing bowl in the kitchen so it's not too scarce.

Very beautiful holiday house, lovingly equipped with everything needed for a vacation. Short path to the wide beach over a relatively flat dune. Shopping possibilities with the car to the supermarket in just 5 minutes. Ideal for families with small children or dogs, as the terrace is completely enclosed.

The holiday home offers the opportunity to engage with each other in any weather. The pool, as well as the activity house, was used daily. We had a relaxing time with our adult children and grandma.

Very modern holiday home, equipped with everything you need, perfect for holidays with young children. Pool, enclosed terrace, everything to keep the little ones entertained. Billiards and table tennis in a separate room for the older ones. The beach is a bit more than 5 minutes on foot.

A very beautiful house with a great layout and everything is like new.

The house is very modern and functionally furnished. On the terrace, perhaps a second sunshade could be provided. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very practically arranged so that there is enough space for two families. The pool is very nice. In the kitchen, everything is available that you need. Everything was very clean and tidy and also had a lot of storage space. We can only recommend the house and would book it ourselves again.

Modern child-friendly house. Leaves nothing to be desired. Great pool area, a sandbox in the enclosed area for the smallest ones, and a pool table/table tennis table in the adjacent house.

The house is newly furnished and stylish. The pool, in particular, is a dream.
