Holiday home with panoramic views for 6 people in Søndervig

Great cozy well-equipped vacation home with many wind-protected sides and a great canopy so that you can be outside in any weather condition. We were there with 5 adults, a baby, and a dog, and we lacked nothing!

It is one of the best holiday homes we have rented in recent years. The house's furnishings and the location are very good. We were also able to use the bicycles to get the rolls in the morning or to shop.

The holiday home is highly recommended. As one is accustomed to from Esmark, the entire process seems very professional. Therefore, the house is also super clean. All materials are of very high quality. The whole house feels airy and bright. Thanks to the underfloor heating, powered by geothermal energy, the whole house is warm. The bedrooms are also very warm; however, they lack good regulation, which we could not adjust (either not possible or due to our technical ignorance). Unfortunately, there is no instruction manual. The control panels were set to 19 degrees, and the room continued to be well heated (22.5 degrees), considering a delayed reaction. But this is also the only criticism. The room layout is very good. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dishwasher also had dishwasher salt and rinse aid filled. The oven was also clean. The sanitary facilities were very nice and clean. The sauna heats up strongly and quickly. The beds are comfortable and not saggy. The bed linen was clean. The internet and TV (many German channels) worked very well. We did not use the outdoor area in November. The path to the beach is very steep along small paths until you reach the main path. The price is a bit high, but it should be noted that electricity and final cleaning are included (at least for us), so only water fees are additional costs.

The house offers enough space for 6 people and 2 dogs. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with dishes and cutlery. The large bathroom is very spacious; 2 walk-in showers in the house are ideal. All bedrooms have a TV; very pleasant. The covered terrace invites you to linger in any weather. You sit there wind-protected. The house is very quiet and secluded, well away from Nordsøvej. From the property, you have a view of the holiday area. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise.

The house is beautifully located, with short distances to the North Sea. You can hear the sound of the sea and find peace. Even in the rain, you can read outside under the covered terrace. The sauna is another plus point in bad weather.

Our holiday home is very idyllically located with enough distance to the next holiday home, so you are very secluded and can relax well. That's why we booked the holiday home again. The way to the beach is so short that you can go to the beach multiple times, and shopping opportunities are not far away. A great house for the whole family with enough retreat options. The 3 terraces offer plenty of opportunities to sit and eat outside all day.

We regularly vacation in our dream house

The house has everything that makes a vacation pleasant from the first moment. Some small things in the kitchen equipment could be replaced occasionally. The beach can be reached in a few minutes via the narrow paths and the elongated dune. We found the orientation of the house great, which allows you to always find a sheltered spot. The heat pump and the 'inclusive electricity' rule are also great.

A very nice house in a great location, with everything you could wish for. Very nice terraces, so you can sit well protected outside. The path to the beach leads through the dunes and is quite hilly in places. You can reach the beach from the house in about 10 minutes. A sauna is also in the house. An outdoor shower was also available, but not yet connected for us. So you could shower off well after the sauna from the bathroom.

We were in this great holiday home for the third time in a row. That actually says it all.
