Small, cozy holiday home

Great little house. Nice location right at the transition to the beach. Good facilities. Ideal with a dog due to the enclosed terrace. Small minus point for the bed in the bedroom. Too tight for two adults with 140x200cm. Nevertheless, we would come back.

The small vacation home is sufficiently large enough for 2 to 3 people, even with a dog. It is cozily furnished, and you feel comfortable right away.

I love the house with this dreamlike location directly on the dunes :)

Very cozy, even for me as an individual. With a view of the dunes, it's very relaxing.

The vacation home is small, but for the two of us it was sufficient, with 4 adults it would be very cramped. The path to the beach is short and it's just under half an hour to shopping.

Cozy house.

Small but nice in a fantastic location. We have been there for the 5th time and will come back. Perfect for two people with one or two small children, a bit too small for 4 adults, in our opinion. However, you should not have a problem with a bed that is only 1.40 m wide. Storage space is limited but sufficient for 2 people. There is no storage space in the second bedroom. There is plenty of cabinet space in the bathroom. There is also enough space in the kitchen for brought along or locally purchased groceries. The whole house can be perfectly heated with a heat pump or a wood stove. We kept our electricity costs below 50 euros with two people by the end of February. Also mentionable is the sound insulation through the new windows. Even vehicles passing directly by are heard only very faintly.

The little house is a gem. We were there in January. The entire house could be heated cheaply with the heat pump. It was beautifully renovated. No expense was spared, especially on the windows. The location is top-notch. Right by the dunes and the heath and walking distance to Sondervig.

The small house was perfect for us;-) Close to the beach with a fenced area and a fireplace. The many windows created a nice amount of daylight in wintertime. We had a cozy time with the dog.

The kettle could be replaced

As already said, a great house where we really felt comfortable. Unfortunately with a too narrow bed (1.40m).

A small but nice and clean house, highly recommended for a small family with a child or, thanks to a fence, with a dog. Due to the heavenly peace and proximity to the beach, it is a very good insider tip and we will definitely come back.

Very nice small house, everything you need was there. Great location, in just a few minutes to the beach or town. The enclosed terrace is ideal for the dog, so he can also stay there alone.

I immediately fell in love with the house

It is a great little house in a prime location. Perfect for 2 people plus a dog. For 4 people, I might find it a bit tight. Everything you need for a lovely holiday is available. Kitchen: very clean, enough dishes, and a large fridge. Living: comfortable sofa, good beds, decent internet. Overall, a great little spot and, due to the many windows, very bright and friendly. The location to the beach cannot be beaten. The grill (we had our own with us) may need replacing.

Already upon arrival, we had the impression that let us enjoy our vacation. Friendly, and through the many windows, the holiday home shines. Everything in a clean state. Even at 4°C outside temperature, just a few logs in the fireplace, we could sit in our shirts for a long time. The heat pump would have been enough, but with the fireplace, this holiday home has a very special charm.

The holiday home had a very cozy atmosphere, was very bright and friendly. There are doors on all sides to get outside, which is especially practical in the summer. The fireplace heats the entire house, and even just with the heat pump, you can achieve comfortable temperatures in winter. The view of the dune is wonderful, and in summer, you can find a sunny spot around the house all day.

A small charming holiday home. Dream location, perfect for a couple's getaway. Newly renovated with lots of love. In short: We were in this house for the fourth time and will be back next year.
