Spacious holiday home in beautiful location near the beach

A very pleasant, new holiday home with a well-thought-out layout. We particularly liked the large, light-flooded windows in the living room. We didn’t need the fireplace at all in February because the house is so well insulated and heated, that we even had to ventilate it occasionally because it got too hot. There is a lot of space, even though the house doesn’t give that impression from the outside. We found the lighting in the house negative: In the living and dining area it is very poor. We turned on all the lamps available (about 5 or 6) but the lighting was only suitable for a very romantic dinner. Pleasant reading or even puzzling is not possible. A normal ceiling light is simply missing (two power connections on the ceiling are unused). Otherwise, we found the house good and had no complaints other than the lighting.

The house blends wonderfully into the dunes landscape with its puristic style. The large living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling large windows offers beautiful views in several directions. The fireplace makes it wonderfully cozy in winter. From the house, you are right in the beautiful dunes and the sound of the sea is just behind the next dune :) A wonderful place to find inner peace... especially in the dark season.

The holiday home is wonderfully and undisturbedly located in the dunes directly behind the coastline. There is plenty of space here for a small family. For a vacation with small children, perhaps a swing or something similar is missing on the property, but that can be balanced out with walks in the dunes and on the beach. The house is bright and modernly furnished. The fireplace and the view make the perfect vacation experience. The infrared sauna is very small and more suited for one person.

Already upon first entering, we found the room climate pleasant. Also, the abundant daylight through the tall windows. It was clean and tidy. In the cabinets, a bit too much clutter. I probably wouldn't have chosen stoneware because it's simply more delicate and harder to stack.

Great holiday home located in the first row behind the dunes. Furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very clean, bright, and friendly. Large panoramic windows offering a wonderful view outside. Would holiday there again anytime. Unrestricted recommendation.

The holiday home is the last house on the street towards the beach and therefore very quiet, although not as secluded as one might expect from the photos, but very quiet indeed. The house is superbly designed and furnished, lacking neither space nor equipment. The sofa, the table, and a few kitchen utensils show some wear and tear, but that's not bothersome. Otherwise, the house was very clean and everything worked.

The holiday home fulfills everything we could imagine for a great vacation: layout, cleanliness, equipment, location. Virtually a 'complete carefree feel-good place' far from the hustle and overstimulation of everyday life.
