Lovely holiday home with outdoor spa – 350 meters from the sea

Beautiful, bright holiday home - ideal for a large family etc. The living area is flooded with light and always open to the courtyard. You can stay separately from each other and still be together. The covered terrace is nice and large and invites you to sit outside. The billiard room is great for evenings. You can be undisturbed there and not disturb the rest of the house. The built-in windows and doors are of the highest quality. You neither hear construction noise nor wind gusts. Inside the house, you don't notice how central you are living.

Great house with a great whirlpool and great sauna on a sheltered, but somewhat unkempt terrace. In the middle of the action yet still quiet, as it is well shielded.

The vacation home is a dream! It comfortably accommodates six people, with space for two more in the small house next door. The facilities are very good, and there is a sauna and whirlpool for relaxation. There's also a pool table for a bit of variety. The house is located relatively centrally in the center, but you don't notice it. You can quickly walk to shopping, restaurants, and stores, as well as to the wonderful beach.

Great, central, very spacious holiday home that leaves little to be desired. In particular, the separate activity house with a pool table, flat screen for connecting your own console, bathroom, and sleeping space in the loft offers older children a great retreat. The kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer save a lot of luggage, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house provide space for everyone, including the dog. Shopping, bakery, restaurants, and the beach are all within easy walking distance in just a few minutes! Despite the busy promenade and construction activity at the large Lalandia complex in the immediate vicinity, the good windows provide soundproofing and there is no disturbance from outside noise in the house. The pool and sauna make the house a place to relax and unwind. Also, the area is very well suited as a starting point for excursions - Vikings, museum, Naturkraft, city stroll and lighthouse - all within easy reach and thanks to Esmark discounts affordable even for families! We would love to come back again!

We go on vacation in the Sondervig area two to three times a year. We always book with Esmark. Each time we think, this is the nicest holiday home we have stayed in so far. And this time it was again. The whole house has waist-high wood paneling in white. It looks very cozy and stylish. The kitchen, dining, and living area is spacious and pleasantly warm due to the underfloor heating. There are two large, cozy sofas. The dining table offers space for 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a lot of dishes available. The bedrooms have large beds and the closets offer enough storage space. The bathrooms are in top condition. Outside there is a large courtyard and a covered terrace with various grills. There are ample tables and chairs available. There are also 4 sun loungers. The sauna offers space on 2 levels. The outdoor whirlpool is great. Also, the billiard and TV area in the outbuilding is great. There is also the freezer. We had a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing holiday in this lovely house over the Christmas holidays.

Dreamlike house in the best location for everything you need on holiday.

It is a feel-good house and generously designed. The whirlpool invites you to relax at the end of the day and the pool table in the outbuilding ensures there is no boredom.

Beautiful house - roomy and practical ;- )

Everything was really great and very clean. From the kitchen equipment to the comfortable beds. We really have nothing to criticize. We especially liked the outbuilding with the pool table! Also, the fact that there was a washing machine and dryer, although we didn't use them as we only stayed for a week, but if you consider staying longer, it's a great thing. I would book the house again immediately! Since the house is right in the town, you might think it would be loud, but that's not the case. Inside and outside you hear nothing! Big praise also to the windows, nothing comes through.

A nice, centrally located holiday home. The way for shopping and to the beach is within walking distance. The house is light-flooded and despite being centrally located, well protected and not loud at all. Arrive, unpack and the vacation mode begins.

The holiday home is perfectly located, with everything important within walking distance. It is a cozy house with everything you need. The outdoor whirlpool was our highlight.
