Holiday home with enclosed terrace & outdoor hot tub

We were very satisfied with the house overall. Very nice, large fenced terrace facing west, south, and east which is great for our two small dogs and we had sun at any time of the day ;-) Inside we didn't lack anything either. Only the east terrace is directly behind the hill to the main road, and when there's a lot of traffic, you can hear noise from the road.

The house has the perfect size for a family of up to 8 people. The whirlpool as well as the sauna and the fireplace are great amenities that we were happy to use. The house is very well insulated, so it stays warm even in cooler temperatures. Dogs are also welcome here and can run around freely, as the terrace is enclosed. We are delighted with this house and would love to come back!

The vacation home has a great location, short distances to the beach and you can walk wonderfully along the beach to Sondervig. Our dogs could move freely thanks to the fenced terrace. The terrace is also very nice; you get the sun in the back in the morning and in the front in the afternoon. The house is very beautiful and spacious inside. The kitchen has everything you need, we didn't miss anything.

The vacation home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is a dream. For 8 people, it would be nice to have 4 proper bedrooms. But we would love to come again.

We were thrilled with the house, the location is super close to the beach and also to the bakery, which is in the opposite direction of the town center. There is a sun and a shade terrace or rather wind and no wind.

Practically furnished, with room for slight improvements. Nice enclosed outdoor area (including whirlpool), ideal for dog owners.

Holdvej 1 is a great well-maintained vacation home! In the bathrooms, there is everything you need! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. In the bedrooms, there is plenty of storage space! The cleanliness was outstanding! The outdoor whirlpool is perfect for any weather situation. On the outdoor terrace, there is everything you need. The location of the house was great.

A holiday home that simply invites you to feel good. We enjoyed more than our two weeks in this really great and well-equipped holiday home. We would visit it again. We were really perfectly happy in this holiday home and are already looking forward to our next 3 holidays in this house.

A very beautiful holiday home, we were in this house with four of us and all felt very comfortable. As we booked the house for a week in early March, we unfortunately couldn't use the large terraces due to the weather.

This house is highly recommended. Super well-maintained, very clean, high-quality furnishings, nothing is missing! Less than ten minutes on foot to the beautifully stunning beach. Always happy with this house! Absolute highlight of course is the outdoor whirlpool.

We spent a wonderful week with our dogs in this cozy and comfortable house. Very well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing. Everything is very clean. Relax in the outdoor whirlpool with a glass of champagne... wonderful, even in the rain ;-)

The house is cozy and wonderfully furnished. We found the mattresses very soft, but that’s a personal taste issue. Everything you need for daily necessities is present. We didn’t miss anything except maybe a broom or hand brush and shovel. Then you don’t always have to pull out the vacuum cleaner.

The holiday home fully met our expectations. It is light-flooded and beautifully bright, even during a storm and rain. There are roman blinds on the windows, so you don’t feel observed in the evening, and they also protect from the sun. The kitchen equipment is perfect. I would say that nothing is missing. There are various glasses (red wine/white wine/juice), bowls, casserole dishes, baking pans, measuring cups, mixer, hand blender, etc. The bathrooms are spacious and tastefully designed. There are enough garden furniture and loungers for relaxing, a wonderful whirlpool (not visible from the outside due to the elevated terrace border), as well as a sauna. The terrace is completely fenced with two entrance gates, which surely makes it very relaxing with pets. The house is located on a road behind a wall, but the windows are multiple-glazed, and you really can hardly hear anything.

Very spacious and comfortable holiday home with fully equipped living and dining areas. The sauna and heated outdoor pool complete the house with its 2 terraces and invite you for pure relaxation holidays.

Perfect for dog owners, as the veranda is completely enclosed. You always find a wind-protected spot at the house. The decor is spacious and modern,... feeling great and enjoying is guaranteed.

The house is in great condition! We felt very comfortable and everything is very clean! The children had their own little realm to play in the "attic" and loved being up there! Also the kitchen equipment is perfect, we lacked nothing... The sauna and the pool on the terrace invite you to relax and make a perfect relaxing holiday with the whole family!
