A great house with everything you need in a perfect location. The covered terrace is great, a lovely large enclosed garden, short distance to shopping/restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Quickly in the dunes for walks. Overall, a great house!

We were initially skeptical about the location. So close to the town, the shops, and also to the road. But as "old" vacation home renters with more than 40 years of experience in Denmark, we were quickly proven wrong! The location has become simply ideal for us. Close to the beach, very close to buying morning rolls, very, very quiet despite the proximity to the road. Plus, a holiday home that excites. A large enclosed terrace, a great bright canopy, two beautiful bathrooms (one of which is directly accessible from the bedroom), a bright cozy living room with dining area and open kitchen, well-equipped with a large fridge-freeze combination. Additionally, a utility room with a washing machine and sink accessible from the outside, with plenty of storage space. A great gas grill with a canopy. Plus, an extension with an additional cozy bedroom and, as a highlight, a shelter for unforgettable hours and nights outdoors.

We have already been there twice and have already booked for 2026. We found it very good that there has been an additional double bed since this year.

The holiday home has three cozy and modernly equipped bedrooms. The living and dining area is centrally located with a great layout. The house also has a washing machine and dryer in a separate room. Stable Wi-Fi lets you get through bad weather with a good movie. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. No improvements needed. It was a great house and a wonderful vacation.

Simply beautiful No, everything is fine

Top holiday home with a large plot including parking spaces in a quiet location surrounded by nature, ideal for a small family with children. Also very suitable for a winter vacation at the North Sea. Yes, we will book again immediately. Remove the grass directly in front of the entrance and replace it with gravel or plaster. This is better in bad weather, so you don't bring as much dirt into the house. Perhaps install a lamp with a motion sensor for the entrance area.

There were four of us in the holiday home and we found the wind-protected covered terrace wonderful. We also liked the furnishings and the two bathrooms with showers very much. The central location near the shopping facilities of Søndervik was also great. We will gladly come back.

The holiday home is very centrally located and still pleasantly quiet. On the covered terrace, you can relax and let the day end. The bathrooms are clean and modern. You really don't lack anything! You can quickly reach the dunes and the sea. We gladly come again!!

Very beautiful house, everything is great.

A beautiful modern house, which is super centrally located in Søndervig - beach, bakery, and supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Perfect for us as a family with two small children. But a stay for up to 6 people would also be possible here. This time (April) we could not test the covered and wind-protected terrace extensively, but we will definitely make it up for :-). We would love to come back.

The holiday home is cozily furnished and very well maintained. The way to the beach is very short.
