Beach-close holiday home with hot tub, outdoor shower and sauna

The holiday home is only a 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center. The house is situated in an elevated position, offering a view over Søndervig. The hot tub and outdoor sauna invite relaxation. The bedroom with the double bed is quite large, but the bathroom with the shower is quite small, as is the entrance area. The lower area of the house is reminiscent of a basement. The stairs were really very steep.

The living and kitchen area is open and almost surrounded by windows. This makes it wonderfully bright and friendly, and due to the elevated location of the house, you have a panoramic view over Sondervig. A big plus is the terrace that goes around almost the whole house. The location is very advantageous. Everything is easily accessible on foot, yet you still have your peace.

Nice vacation home. Everything you need is there. The storage room for the bicycles was good. The highlight was the hot tub. The staircase is a bit tricky as it is very narrow and steep. The double bed is a bit worn out.

A great holiday home with a fantastic panoramic view. The large sun terrace that goes around three sides of the house is almost always wind-free on the land side and great to use. The sauna and hot tub are a wonderful addition in bad weather. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very close to the town center and beach. We have already reserved this holiday home for 2026 and are looking forward to it.

This holiday home lacks nothing; our two children could entertain themselves for hours in the house and outside area without asking for TV or a mobile phone even once. The kitchen is perfect, the living and dining area is very spacious but quite visible from outside, the bedrooms (except for the master bedroom) are a bit small and cramped, which was not a problem for us. The hot tub was the highlight for the children, and the sauna and outdoor shower were greatly appreciated by us parents. However, you need to chop enough firewood beforehand. Two bicycles are available in the shed, but we did not use them. A large Weber kettle grill and a small electric grill are available as well as three little beach shovels. The short 5-minute walk to the huge beach is absolutely no hurdle.

The house is a bit older and could use a touch of newness on the outside. However, this does not affect the quality of the vacation at all, it offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor wellness area is ideal to enjoy on wet, cold days. The layout of the house is well thought out and even at high temperatures it is very comfortable without air conditioning. On cooler days, the underfloor heating is ideal.

The holiday home is superbly located. You are directly in town and at the beach, yet it's nice and quiet. From the entire upper floor and the terrace, you have a great view and can always find a sunny spot. On sunny days, you'll need to ventilate well upstairs, as it tends to get warm quickly. Therefore, it's nice that the bedrooms are downstairs. The beds are comfortable. The outdoor area is particularly great. Our children (6 + 8 years) loved to play around there. However, the stairs are quite steep for smaller children. The hot tub was our highlight. We have been coming to Denmark for many years now, and this house has been our favorite.

Top location to the town and the beach. Still quiet. Almost completely surrounded by a wraparound balcony, therefore always sun (if available). The steep stairs were initially a bit cumbersome, but you quickly get used to it. Otherwise everything top with great facilities.

The location of the house is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Since the terrace goes almost all around the house, you can wonderfully decide whether you want to sit in the sun or the shade.
