Holiday home with swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and solar panels

In my opinion, the house is only suitable for 8 people. The pool area is completely adequate and in very good condition. All the technology in the house is intact. Air conditioning might not be a bad idea (but that's subjective). The house has everything you need on vacation, especially in bad weather. However, for the short usage period of 3 years, it is already somewhat aged. There are certainly only minor issues, but given the fairly substantial price, those minor matters should be taken care of as well. The proximity to the beach and Sondrevig, and the location in general, are perfect. All in all, a perfect house for a vacation, even in rainy weather. The house is definitely recommended.

Modern, large and super equipped

The house is completely modern furnished, architecturally cleverly built, and invitingly designed. The large light-flooded windows make everything appear very bright and friendly. The pool area invites you to feel comfortable. It is great that it is not a typical 'pool tub', but the pool is completely tiled. In the summer, you can sunbathe on the adjacent terrace through a direct exit. After a nice barbecue evening, the multifunctional game room invites you to exciting table tennis, billiards, or dart duels. Staying on the terrace when it's windy is also no problem thanks to the heaters.

Relatively new holiday home, with great facilities. Pool with countercurrent system, as well as top whirlpool and sauna. Hobby room with table tennis, darts and billiards also great. Outdoor area for children absolutely sufficient. Smaller wear and tear on furniture in the indoor and outdoor areas already present and should be replaced soon. Overall, all 10 people (4 children, 6 adults) were very satisfied and can recommend the house.

The vacation home with the separate billiard room is nice and large, and we had a lot of fun playing billiards and swimming in the pool. In a few meters, you are at the beach. The supermarket is also nearby.

Hello, The house was very beautiful and well-equipped! For every weather condition, there are ways to keep busy. The beach was a 5-minute walk. Shopping and groceries were reachable in 20-25 minutes on foot. We had also brought a wagon, which was great. Lots of space in the house and enough bathrooms available.

The vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. The decor is very tasteful and homely. The arrangement of the rooms is well thought out. The living/dining area is open and provides direct access to the wellness area. This is the real highlight of the house, independent of the weather you can splash, sauna, or enjoy the whirlpool. The terrace is enclosed, which is a great thing especially for dog owners. This house was perfect for us, modern, clean, impeccably maintained in the best location to town and beach. Everything is within walking distance. We booked with Esmark for the first time - but I'm already checking availability for the coming fall. Uncomplicated, perfect and friendly support.

A dream holiday home in which everyone from young to old can enjoy a great time. During our autumn vacation, the pool was the absolute highlight, whether to romp around or swim laps. Perfectly happy, a return from our side is not excluded.

A very beautiful house, with modern furnishings, high-quality equipment, and a good room layout. Besides the living room, there are also 2 other televisions in two of the bedrooms. The pool and the large whirlpool are a dream. Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to sit protected even in rain or wind. The beach is not far. Unfortunately, the internet is not very reliable and has often let us down. The shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom with the bunk beds is very small. Therefore, we used the shower next to the pool room. Despite these minor issues, we can recommend the house and would rent it again.

A house with a high feel-good factor!!

We had a great vacation in this modern holiday home. The enclosed terrace is excellent for a vacation with dogs and children. The pool and the extra activity room ensure there's no boredom.

Beach volleyball, trampoline, swing, slide, and a sandbox, as well as a large fire pit, invite you to make marshmallows or stick bread. There is also an outdoor shower and a large grill. For the less cozy days, a separate play area offers plenty of variety with darts, billiards, and table tennis. The living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to cook together and is perfect for eventful dinners with the whole family. The absolute highlight is the integrated pool area with sauna and whirlpool, as well as separate bathrooms.
