For shopping, you can visit Kloster, Søndervig, or the town of Ringkøbing. There's a good selection of supermarkets and various boutiques in both Ringkøbing town and the resort of Søndervig. You'll also find comfortable restaurants and cafés if you fancy a break from cooking.

Lodbjerg Hede offers playgrounds, walking and cycling paths, and a nearby golf course which you can cross on foot or by bicycle on the way to Søndervig. Dog owners will find excellent walking opportunities to explore the local area.
