Arrival information

Denmark again at last! That means: a fresh sea breeze, sunsets on the horizon and spending time with the family. To start your dream holiday with Esmark in one of the most beautiful holiday homes on the Danish North Sea coast, you should take note of the following information.
Key collection
When you arrive in Denmark, the anticipation is understandably great. It is always greatest around 3:00 pm when your holiday home in Denmark is ready for you to move in and you can pick up your key at Esmark.
If your anticipation is so great that you would like to arrive earlier on the day of arrival, we will of course not stop you. We will hand over the keys as soon as your holiday home is ready for you to move in.
Please note: We have key offices on Römö and Fanö and in Blåvand, Vejers Strand, Henne Strand, Houstrup, Bjerregård, Hvide Sande and Søndervig. Your rental agreement will tell you which of our offices you need to collect your holiday home keys from.
If you need bed linen or other rental items that you have booked, we will give them to you on your arrival. If you have ordered delivery, everything will be delivered directly to your holiday home.
Free SMS service
If your holiday home is ready for occupancy before the arrival time specified in your rental contract, we will send you a text message to let you know that your keys are ready for collection and that you can move in immediately. Please note that we need your cell phone number to provide you with the free SMS service.
Important: If you do not receive a text message from us on the day of arrival, your key will automatically be ready for collection at 03:00 pm.
Information material
When you receive your holiday home key, you will also receive some arrival information. In your guest login you will find an infoguide, lots of other useful information and your digital utility bill. Reading the consumption meters
You have collected the holiday home keys - now it's time to go to your holiday home. The very first thing you should do here is read the electricity meter and any other consumption meters. Make a note of the figures in your digital consumption cost billing, which you can easily access at any time via your MyEsmark guest login.
The consumption costs will be settled on your departure. Find out more about the departure here. But we only want to think about that again when the time comes.
Arrival outside opening hours
A long journey or a traffic jam on the highway: sometimes unforeseen obstacles can arise on the day of arrival. And because we want you to be able to move into your immediately, even if you arrive late, each Esmark office has a key room.
This is available to you outside of our regular Opening hours. Here you will find your holiday home key and your arrival information in an envelope labelled with your name.
If you have booked bed linen or other rental items, these will also be available in the key room. Please note that handcarts can only be collected from the Esmark office during our opening hours.
MeinEsmark accompanies you digitally through your holiday
With your MyEsmark guest login you have at any time Access to your digital consumption registration and billing and keep a clear overview of all your bookings.
In the guest login you will also find our practical online info guide and video instructions for your stay. Get answers to frequently asked questions, for example about the technical installations in the holiday home, and discover lots of other useful service information and tips for activities in the region.
You can also use MyEsmark to find our numerous Esmark VIP-discounts and promotions with our regional partners and attractions.
If you need help
In urgent cases, we are there for you - even outside our opening hours, of course. We have an emergency on-call service that is available by phone around the clock. This means that you can always contact one of our competent service staff in an emergency or if you have any problems during your stay.
