You can make a non-binding reservation with us this year for your holiday home for the year after next. The reservation remains non-binding for you until March of the respective year before your arrival. If you make a reservation for 2027, for example, the reservation will only become binding for you in spring 2026 or after receipt of the final rental agreement.

This means that you can cancel free of charge at any time until receipt of the final rental agreement. The reservation is also non-binding for Esmark until we send you the final rental contract for your Holiday home in Denmark.

How can I reserve a holiday home for 2027 without obligation?

The reservation is made just like a booking directly on our website.

Please select your preferred date for the year after next on the house page. For houses where a reservation is possible, you will recognise it directly by the "Order" button, it will then show you “Make a reservation” instead of "Book". You will also receive a message during the order process. Please enter your details as you would for a normal booking. Instead of a final rental contract, you will then only receive a booking confirmation from us.

The price stated on the booking confirmation is provisional and non-binding. Major price differences are rare. If the price differs, this is often due to a change in the seasonal calendar due to fluctuations in holiday periods and public holidays or due to significant improvements made to the selected holiday home in the meantime. The final price can be found in your rental contract.

When will I receive the final rental contract for my holiday home?

If you have reserved your holiday home with us for 2027, we will send you the rental contract by e-mail in the course of spring, around March 2026. During this period, the owner of your holiday home will contractually confirm to us that their holiday home is available for Esmark for the selected period.

Until when can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

Until receipt of the final rental agreement and only after payment of the first instalment (according to the date in the rental agreement) will the booking be binding for you and fees may apply for rebooking and cancellation. These can be found in the rental conditions attached to the rental agreement.
