At Esmark, we offer you that extra bit of flexibility so that you can plan your holiday with complete peace of mind: Our Travelcurity protects you if you have to cancel your booking. And to make sure nothing spoils your holiday, Travelcurity is automatically included with every booking - with no hidden costs or extra hassle. Our Trustpilot reviews speak for themselves.

Cancellation and curtailment protection

In the event of cancellation, you are covered on presentation of the relevant certificate. This means that you will get your money back within 72 hours of submitting your documents - with no deductible except for the booking fee - in the following cases:

  • Acute illness or death

  • Serious injury

  • Pregnancy

  • Unemployment

  • Starting a new job

  • Burglary or significant damage to your private home

And that's not all - Travelcurity also covers you if you have to end your stay with us earlier than planned. We will reimburse you within 72 hours for the days you miss, so you only pay for the time you were our guest.

All bookings arriving in 2026 can be changed to another date within the same year and/or to another Esmark holiday home free of charge until 1 November 2025.

The name Esmark Advantage Package has been replaced by Esmark Travelcurity. The terms and conditions of the Esmark Advantage Package remain unchanged. Guests who booked their holiday home with the Esmark Advantage Package before the name change will continue to be covered as before.
