Deposit for youth groups and tenants under 25 years of age

How much is the deposit for youth groups?

Unfortunately, we have seen a rise in issues involving youth groups in our holiday homes. Therefore, on behalf of the private homeowners, we have updated our deposit policy and rental conditions for guests under the age of 25.

If you are a group of young people under 25 renting one of our holiday homes, the following deposit applies:

Youth groups: 700€ per person per week

The deposit must be paid no later than when you collect the key. Alternatively, you can transfer the amount in advance to the account listed in your rental agreement. Please remember to include your rental contract number as a reference and bring a receipt with you.

IMPORTANT: You must always inform us before arrival if you or any members of your group are under 25 years of age.

The deposit will be refunded to the original account within 14 days after your departure, provided the house has been left in proper condition. For full details, please refer to the rental terms and the Holiday Home ABC.

Please note: Utility costs (e.g. electricity) cannot be deducted from the deposit.
