Fanø Vesterhavsbads Golfklub- with a discount

Laid out in 1898, Fanø Golf Links is the oldest golf course in Denmark. With natural fairways, rolling dunes and the wind straight off the North Sea, it follows the classic Scottish principles just as it did more than a century ago.

The unique location of the course
The links winds its way through the dune landscape, with the North Sea and its fresh gusts always within reach. The wind, which can be strong, and the rolling terrain play a decisive role in your game and test both your technique and your strategy. It becomes a game with nature, where the flight of your ball can surprise you. Here the North Sea can be your partner or your opponent.
Like the great links courses in Scotland, the course was shaped by the landscape and not the other way around. Expect firm, fast running fairways, small greens and the odd blind shot where you won't see the flag from the tee.
The course lies close to Fanö Bad on the north side of the island and is easy to reach by car via the ferry from Esbjerg. The crossing is short, and from the ferry terminal in Nordby it's just a short drive to the first tee.

Fanø Vesterhavsbads Golfklub
Fanø Vesterhavsbads Golfklub is located on the island of Fanö at Fanö Bad. The club is home to Denmark's only links course, set right in the protected dunes on the North Sea coast inside Nationalpark Vadehavet, the Wadden Sea National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you'll find an 18 hole course that challenges every player, whether you're new to the game or a seasoned golfer.
