Grøndalvej in Fanö Bad

Grøndalvej lies in the Grøndal quarter of Fanö Bad, the traditional seaside resort in the northwest of the island of Fanö. Here you'll stay on spacious natural plots among dunes and heath – yet only a short walk from the sea and a supermarket. On the broad white sandy beach at Fanø Bad you're even allowed to drive your car. Every June, the international kite festival turns the sky above the beach into a riot of colour.

You can reach Fanö by ferry from Esbjerg in just twelve minutes. On the island you'll find a golf course, a dune plantation for walking and cycling, and the Wadden Sea with its mudflat walks and seal safaris. The charming towns of Nordby and Sönderho, with their historic houses, are lovely for a stroll.
