Stylish thatched holiday home with fireplace and whirlpool

This is a very nice and high-quality holiday home, both from the outside and inside. You enter the house through a tiled utility room, which is very practical because you can leave your shoes and coats there. Then you reach the large living area with a kitchen. This area is wonderfully bright and airy due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows and ceiling height. The furnishing is tasteful, rather subtly restrained; the 2 seating areas are very practical if you don't always want to do everything together. The 2 bathrooms are wonderfully large, beautifully tiled, and equipped with adequate storage space for several people. In the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, there is enough closet space, but unfortunately, there is no storage option in the upstairs bedroom. The beds we used were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very simple compared to the rest of the house's equipment, but functional. There are plenty of dining dishes, pots, cutlery, and glasses, but the remaining kitchen utensils should be significantly increased. The supply of bowls and dishes is never enough for the planned occupancy of up to 9 people. The large wooden terrace at the house is great, and because the house is at the end of the road, you almost feel like you are in the forest. ALMOST: and now comes a current disadvantage of the house, the property still looks almost like it did since the completion of the house, so mainly sand and initial plants are cautiously trying to assert themselves, we estimate that it will certainly take at least another 3 years until it gets a little greener. So only the beautiful terrace is actually usable, and the view from there has to sweep to the neighboring properties, where it is greener.

The house itself is lovely, but if you have children with you, the outdoor surroundings are not good. With 2 boys who want to play ball, you should choose another house, because you can't do that in the garden.

The house has a very nice layout, the architect has thought of everything. It is not overly furnished, but everything is amply available. Even in winter, the use of the fireplace is not necessary. A great house.

The holiday home is beautifully located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Because of this particularly quiet location, we had a beautiful view into the forest and were able to observe rabbits and deer. Inside the holiday home, nothing is missing. Tasteful furnishings, attention to detail, and top-notch amenities allowed us to have relaxing days.

The vacation home is very spacious, has a very good room layout, and features very appealing furniture and decorations! It is very well insulated, and the fireplace in the living area is also nice. The house is surrounded by a generous wooden terrace, and a covered area even allows for staying outside in worse weather. Garden furniture, electric grill, outdoor water taps, and a charging station for the electric car complete everything. The very good kitchen equipment is also worth mentioning (even though we only discovered the "secret" drawer next to the stove in the second week of our stay ;-). Beds very comfortable, everything - as always with Esmark - very clean and well-maintained. Also worth mentioning is the good location of the beautiful house at the end of the cul-de-sac - it is totally quiet here! All in all, 100% recommendation for this great house!

The newly built holiday home is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The garden is not yet designed, which is due to the rental start in July 2025 and the short-term completion of the house. A playground or sandpit is not yet available. The holiday home features bright bedrooms, one of which is on the upper floor with a gallery in front. There are two shower bathrooms, one of which also contains a whirlpool tub and the other a washing machine and dryer. The underfloor heating is operated by a heat pump, and there is a wallbox that we also used with our car. We did not need to use the heating because the house was well warmed by the sun due to its orientation and floor-to-ceiling windows.

A holiday home to feel completely comfortable. Everything you need is there. Very lovingly furnished. The outdoor area is also absolutely appealing and cozy. We felt very comfortable here.

The holiday home is fully equipped. It is characterized above all by good insulation and is therefore particularly suitable in the cold season.

The house has enough space for 9 people. It is well-equipped.
